this phone is horrible..., i own one n im a huge nokia fan but this phone its jus not worth a cent, the speaker output varies and needs applied pressure to
work, thats so annoying because it causes u to miss calls, also the media player is horrible n very disorganised, not many options not even playlists which is standard in almost every mp3 compatible device these days, also it lacks basic features, such as an in call timer, the amt of customization on this device is extremely limited, also when u save more than one number to a contact and u receive a call from that contact it doesnt display whether they are calling from their house phone or mobile or anything it just doesn't display the number all it displays is the name. also for a music phone it isn't loud enough, u can barely hear through the headphones with ppl just speaking around u farless in a noisy vehicle.
on the bright side the keypad is nicely spaced and responsive which allows ok texting, thats about it for the positives but this phone is a real disappointment because i love nokia products and i feel that this phone is a disgrace to the brand that i am so loyal to, so my overall rating is 4/10

my nokia 5200 fone gives only 8 kbps speed during downloading but my service provider gives 120kbps speed .can any hepl me pls????

It is not right that nokia cant save anything more than 4.5mb. When you received a data just like 20MB nokia automatically save it to memory card.

For some unknow reason, everytime someone pass you a song or an image or something to your Nokia it saves the received data in the internal cell phone memory, it means the 5200 cant receive archives longer than 4-5mb it doesnt matter if you have a 4Gb Micro SD completely empty :) hope to be healpfull

This is an alright phone and is quite easy to find cheaply on a contract but boy, it falls apart from about a week after you get it. I've had this phone for maybe a year now and i can safely say it has caused me bother. the speakers stopped working almost straight after i bought it and i recently found out, through opening the phone to fix some other problem, that this was due to dodgy connections. Apparently this has happened to a number of people but now the dodgy connection has traveled to the phones antenna leaving me with a good looking but ultimately useless small brick in my pocket. the only way to fix this is to blue-tack my phone together as tight as i can which is a fucking bummer... Need to get myself a new bloody phone.

your memory has a virus!watch out!

Ya i have owned one of this its a nice phone. It was the first xpress music phone from nokia. It has many features in a lil price. One should go for it without any hesitation.
