i got this phone when it came out... the phone is great i agree with the battery it is a problem but something that got me mad was that i didn't even have it 4 a week, & it fell & the screen got messed up i got a new 1 & the same thing happed!!!!
i love this phone it's just really delicate!!

hello nokia5300 users. i m awais from pakistan(jhelum). guys i wana buy this phone but i m fearful of its sliding function. all ither features are kool but is the sliding reliable? does it loose or problematic after a excessive use of 6 month? plz anybody tell me the answer. i m waiting. if some one in pak. have this mobile since 4 to 6 month then please do me sms on 03455749353. i will call u and ask my quries. thanks.

I got my 5300 before 1 month.. It's a great n smart phone but only prob is its battery when compared 2 other nokia... other than that its the best among all nokia i feel....

I have had problems with this phone. I DO however LOVE the phone itself though and the features available on it. I like the music player and all that is offered with that, the camera does take good quality photos. I just received my THIRD (yes, THIRD) one yesterday as the first 2 had problems with them ringing and the alarm clock working and sounding off, and then i had other problems. Then, the THIRD one I received, I was setting it up for my personal options (the shortcuts) and well, I couldn't change any of them. THe screen just went blank and then went back to the main screen. So, they are sending me a Motorola Rizr in its place. They use the same SD card, so I am going to keep the 1gb card from the Nokia and use it on the Rizr as I have never had a problem with Motorola.

i've got this phone a few days back.....and its pretty good.
its stylish yet affordable, with all possible features incorporated...
way to go nokia 5300 !!!

well u know it is was had to communicate . but when i got my nokia5300 phone it make life easy i am glad i got his phone it has lost of hot!!!!! features it is so slick works cannot explain........

I ve prchsd 5300 last week.Its ok but battery is not up to the mark.It sucks very fast.U chrg it full & listn music for only 2-2.5 hrs & batery level gone down to 0.

this phone sucks it doesnt have pay as you go stupid rogers
and i just bought a ringtone and it wont let me put it up

Does this phone allo u to creat ur own mp3 ringtones and wallpapers to use on ur phone or do u have to download every damn thing?

Ive had this phone for 4 months and i have already had enough of it!! The battery dies WAY to fast...and i already had to take it into repair because one day after i charged my phone the sound wouldnt work at all (not the ringer, not the alarms NOTHING!!) and just today my phone died and i tried charging it and its not charging at all! I HATE THIS PHONE!! :@:@:@

I love this phone its always w me the whole time but the small problem is is the battery but i love it the cam is not bad the SD memory card included in it wus not bad and speakers are pretty good before i had a old phone but nokia 5300 is easy to adapt to

Video quality is sucks. It will lose audio sync is video encoding is higher than 96kbps. Never make mpeg-4 work.
