all i can say is this phone is the BEST!!! Stop saying lies about nokia 5300 the truth is all the features are user friendly and i recommend it to everyone who have a sense of fashion. NOKIA YOU ARE STILL NO. 1!!!!

Jus bought the fone and i love it! Its easy to use..very load sound quality..and all my friends are jealous lol!!! Get it if your thinking about it..don't think it just get it and it will be worthwhile! bye xx

Question: Does this phone have the capability to record audio from CD players, or from PCs? I remember 3300 and ngage has that feature. I would like to record some sounds from youtube. if this phone has that ability, i would then buy this phone! ^_^ thanks! i'll wait for your answers

i read about the features of this phone i absolutely like it and am going to but one in a couple of days.my problem is the colour of the phone,dont they have other colours apart from red and black or more feminine.

the phone is great but when the volume is too loud(max), it damages the loudspeaker.

Hi to everyone who loves this mobile like i do. but i need help. when i'm converting a movie to my mobile with the nokia pc suite, it is converted to only 11sec. how can i upload a full lenght video or is there another program?

ABOUT UI: 5300 has Symbian 40 3rd edition, service pack1 - it looks like S60. It supports Flash Lite 1.2 - it means that to every UI part which is skinable eg. wallpaper, ICON, button You can assign animation (*.swf). All U just need is Nokia Series 40 Theme Studio 2.2 (3w . forum .nokia .com) and MacromediaFlash 2004 or newer with flashlite plugin. Also U can play FlashLite games. Skinable parts also support SVG vector graphics and PNG 24bit, but nowdays it is nothing new.

yes you can, it support multitask. and no its not cheap materials it resist drops better than my k800, not scratches or anything. the k800 in a drop paint would pull off, the 5300 no.

I have a Samung t629 at the moment and when I am listening to music I can't text message or do anything else at the same time because I have to exit my mp3 player. The Nokia has external mp3 buttons, so would I be able to listen to my music and carry out other functions at the same time? Please let me know!
