I got this phone a few days ago and relly thrilled with it except for the fact that when the slide is open it rattles alot and feels unstable, went to supplier who said it was ok but I would be interested to know if any1 else has noticed this.

i would rather buy a Walkman phone...already have!!!!! ...nokia are to tight in sales packages and now there features are going downnn...there not a single perfect nokia out on the market..all of them have a problem...!!!!!!!!!!

Hi. I take my 5300. The speakerphone is not perfect . But with using global headphone adapter headphone out is very good. I am using Sony MDR ED21LP headphone. This headphone is 108 db. and better than Sennheiser C330. I used both. Dont look the values. Sony MDR ED21LP better. Believe this. I absolutely offer Nokia 5300 you. If u a Nokia lover u will like this phone. Headphone out perfect. Screen unbelievable. Keypad is very good. Music keys is very useful. Menu n music options good. I recommended absolutely.

i bought nokia 5300 n after 3 days the speaker stops working,i changed the speaker n the sound quality wasn't like the original

the s/e z710 is same spec but batterry life 3 times longer ive got both thats all i hve to report

fixed my own problem...
you need to backup your phone and your memory card once in awhile so that when something goes wrong with your phone, you can easily get it back the way it was b4.

help! i installed games yesterday and now it doesn't let me play games anymore! it always says "Opening Application" for so loooonnnggg... or it freezes.... or it lets me play but without the sound.... help!! wat should i do?

I bought the nokia 5300 3 dayz ago and its a great music player ... great sound quality from the head phone and the design is great and elegant. The camera ( 1.3mpixel ) is quite gud compared to other phones and the sound quality i would rank it 8/10 ... problems i have found is the battery life is kind of short lasts for around 3-4days, the rest all is good !!

I got this phone for a couple of weeks now and i tot that it looks rather cool. Everything is perfect until i realized how short the battery life is. Even if im not listening to mp3 or radio, the battery would deplete after around 3 days which is the shortest that i have encountered with. If only it could be longer, this could be one of the best fone around man.

I brought 1 nokia phone model 5300 please advice me what things are come with the box packing and made in where ? from the shop they are give all chaina product 1.hedphone 2.charger 3.momary card 256mb.i want to know about the charger it comeing 1ps with small jack i dont get the small jack they give me another charger .i want to know 5300 charger or N70 charger is same or not . i am wait for your answer as soon as you can .

great phone... nice sound quality! grainy camera and video. but hey its a music phone! lov it!
..but does anyone kno if u can change d backlight. bcoz i had the 6680 and it saves alot of battery life if you lower down the backlight...

This isn't a major thing, but the keys on the side of the phone for "last track, next track, play/pause"..that doesn't work for the music player as it says in the manual that it should, but it turns on the radio, instead..
anyone else experience this?

WTH is this damn activation key thing? whenever i try to set one of my songs as a ringtong, it says "not allowed by activation key"
anyone help?
