ive owned the 5500 for about 3 months
anyone noticed how gosh dang slow it is loading anything?
positive's though is i dropped it off a 15m balcony onto cement... few dints but very durable

Worst phone i ever owned, sluggish to use, rubber keypad fell off after no time at all. Constantly tells me I have voicemails waiting even though I don't. Spoke to the monkies in the orange shop and they couldnt help.

I love this Phone.

My keypad peeled off 2 months after the purchase. After I got it replaced for free under warranty, the new keypad peeled off after 5 months. I then glued it with some kind of super glue. So far so good. Other than that everything's okay. Well, except short battery life....

try the sms accelarator from the nokia website. If you have trouble finding it go to home page of Nokia 3250 and product and support and you can find it under software.
Symbian phones are slow at sending messages than series 40 phones.

hi ppl...wel jus incase u guys are planning to buy this mobile,its really good exceptthat the keypad has a prob and the msgs take really really long to send..totally bad messaging..besides this its a gr8 phnoe and it is also vry unique..cheers

the warranty does cover the keypad problem... i got mine repaired twice .. lets see howlong this keypad lasts...

To disappointed,
Nokia are aware of the problem with the keypad. take it to them before you touch it your self.

I HATE THIS KEYPAD,it came off after a month of using the phone,i am really angry and am planning to take it to the warranty tomorrow but I heard they won't fix it so could any1 tell my what kind of glue can I use?
