Seen one the other day for the first time and they are amazing, more for sports people but a great phone for builders.And the game format is out of this world.. I have never seen anything like it before. Craig from G Mobile (UK) Ltd

I would love to get this phone to replace my N3250 which I have for music purpose. Since the 5500 serves that purpose and more, looks like a great replacement. But one thing is stopping...rumour has it that the batt life sucks. Can someone give some parity on the batt life compared to the N3250? Would hope that a smaller screen sucks less power but it seems not the case...Please advise. Thanks!

to ashua;
a large display is more probably to get cracked ,but a small display is harder to broke and more resistant!!
that is why they used a small display...anyway the resolution is OK!
if anyone has the phone please post ur opinions,and try to make a mini review.

I have been using the 5500 and it *really* seems to tolerate "punishment". Hopefully I don't drop the phone again!!
For som reason Symbian is not as slow as usual!?! Maybe it is getting faster as it developes (contrary to other operatins MSystems...) Or am I getting slower?

Here in Finland it costs about 300 euros. I personally think that that´s a very good deal for a Symbian phone, and the fact that it´s supposed to be able to tolerate some punishment only makes the deal better. I assume that the camera will be average, like the 6270 and 6280.
The UI will most likely be relatively slow as it´s Symbian, but otherwise the features are nice...
Thinks it´s gonna sell well...
