I think it's possible... I used 'I think' because I don't have 'X-plore' installed in my 5530 at the moment..
But I tested on 'Y-browser' (with bluetooth plugin installed) and it worked.. I could send an application to my laptop...
By the way, your compliment regarding me is huge brother... And I would like to tell you.. There are so many great people out there (who will not obviously shout that they're great...) and we don't really identify.. For an example, how about thousands of volunteers who're helping the human beings in African countries...? We should not forget the reality that we're living in such a world that so many unfair things are happening around and we act like we don't know.. And we try to console ourselves or try to get rid of our own guilty feeling by thinking 'We have nothing to do with that...'
But of course we have everything to do with anything unfair happening around.. For those who're dying by hunger in central Africa, anybody can escape by telling 'None of my business...' or 'They don't have anything to eat... I have... So what...?' or 'I'm a small human being.. what can I do about it...?'
But there are people on this planet, who doesn't think that way... They volunteer themselves to serve for the sake of humanity... They don't complain.. They don't shout about what they do... But they just do what they have to do...! and yet, they don't even expect anything in return... Not even a compliment...
Compared to them dear brother, who am I...?

Ever since I updated to the new V31.0.005 firmware..my phone goes off whenever I try to make or receive a call..any ideas on how to get this fixed? just about had it with the 5530 and its issues.. its a great phone and all but it really does my head in sometimes.. I might as well join the masses and get a blackberry.

There is a new firmware for 5530, only thinkg i noticed is the stero speakers and headphone volume have increased

I'm going to buy headset from Ebay for my Nokia 5530. Can you tell me how much was your headset?? what was seller's name?? do your headset have a name?
Please answer for these questions, bcz I can't select a good headset without it using & you have mentioned earlier your headset is very very good... so I'm going to buy same headset...

Try NetQin mobile anti virus & mobile guard... (Two separate software) The wonderful thing is, both are for Free...! and looks great... Working like a charm and has so many options too... (I really don't know why they are giving such wonderful software for free...!)
