Sagmad., 06 Apr 2011Hi u all experts, i am very disheartned coz i lost this p... morehahaha we have the same faith with our phones! my phone got stolen also,, if I were u buy Samsung or Lg phones just make sure that u reviewed the phone before investing on it. Right now I bought secondhand 5530 for about 5,300.00 pesos.. Im enjoying it though but Im planning to buy Galaxy Ace soon simply because Im looking for a phone that I can use for a year without major defects. Hope I enlightened you,, cheers!

Hi u all experts,
i am very disheartned coz i lost this phn, i use to comment on this site and it really helped me a lot when i had my phn.
But, some body stolen my phn two days ago:-(
I wud like to know from you people, is there a way to trace the phn with IMEI tracker or so?????

Really great phone.
Only concern I have is this one does not have Carl Zeiss camera lens.
Else everything is more than perfect.

2.6 years with my hacked unit. On version 32.. 32gb card. NO problems encountered so far. Battery still is good at 48 hours before draining out.

At first i didnt have a p... moreCaila; u can try to disable "proximity sensor" if doing so wiil not help resolve issue; most likely the battery is going out. Battery will last until 1 to 1 1/2 years but it depends on usage. Usually if we charge phone overnight it will lessen battery life. Please take note that overcharging battery cause battery cells to dried out.

I had this phone for like a year. At first i didnt have a problem but lately i noticed that whenever i answer or make a call the phone shutsdown by itself. HELP! Nokia said its because of the "Proximity Sensor"!!!

hi readers! please suggest me an app found in ovi store that effectively lengthens my battery because even if im not using my phone very much for a day its still draining fast,, I tried already emptying my bat and charging to the fullest but still there's no improvement,, please guys satisfied with this phone just want to improve my battery a little.

ive had this phone about a year and a half and it is indestructable. it took the thousandth drop for it to get a single tiny scratch on the screen, and that was a pretty big event for me. i'm just waiting for it to fail just once so i can get a new phone, but i think it'll last me another year at least!
so if you want a really reliable phone and you'll chuck it around a lot, this one (or another nokia like it) is really good.

I have this mobile for about 2 years , and its going allright , no problem at all , very good music system and audio recording is just amazing.

Also. i tried installing dictionary and also ringtone cutter, its getting installed but if the application is opened up the phn's light(display) turns off automatically.
Can u suggest me a web site which will allow mw to download genuine oxford dictionary, ringtone cutter and sms translater???Thanks in advance.

Whats the go abt 'SIS' and 'JAR', I tried download... moretry to sign the sis file so you can install it to your phone, maybe your experiencing CERTIFICATE ERROR like installing themes with extension ".sis", if thats the case just sign it or if you cant install and the phone is saying incompatible, you need to find a sis file that is created for S60v5 so it will become stable.
btw most of the application in mobile 9 are unsign so you need to sign it inorder to use it. i had this problem year ago when i bought my 5800, i know 5800 is different from 5530 but remember theyre using s60v5 os and most of the hardware in these two smartphone are identical although 5800 is more advance than 5530 but i bet theyre the same. i hope i help you in a small way. if you have trouble with it, GOOGLE IT! =D
