Thanks for the feedback. We already delete the bugging video and restart the mobile but same problem occur. My friend's phone still hanged every time he will access his photos in the photo gallery but when he removed the memory card he can access from photos. What shall we do now? Thanks.

As I said, this phone doesn't have a huge battery or perfect battery life... But still it performs better compared to the capacity it has... So if you have a faulty battery then replacing the battery will definitely make a change.. But let's say you're using 3 hours of wifi and complaining battery drains so fast... Then it's normal because battery drains due to your usage not because of a fault... So replacing it will not do any difference if you don't change your usage...

Please update your phone's firmware version to the latest (V32) then you'll no longer experience any restart, hang problems...

I am using 5530 for 5months and the best mobile i have ever used i love its slim look ,stylish design and amazing application like V menu and win7.

I have used both 5800 and 5530 but 5530 is the best touch mobile i have used its slim look and stylish design attrack me even more and dont forget to instal V menu.
