I cant believe nokia gave this phone such a poor video recording capability. vga @ 30 fps is the least we can ask for.

but you can watch only DD.

Maybe nokia will offer it for 15000-16000 but if u do a bit research in ur area, chances are that you will get it for 14000 or less.
That was the case when i bought my 5800. Nokia priority dealers were offering it for 19500-21000. But i got mine for 18500. After buying i found out that another shop was offering it for 18000only.
So i suggest u to check out ur local shops before buying.
