applications will be removed from the mobile after uninstalling, but there are some applications that automatically create a folder in drive:c or drive:e upon installing so just delete to get rid of them.
please go to d o t s i s . c o m (remove spaces in between characters) and search for 'uninstallking', it is a good uninstaller.
soft reset restores the original factory settings without affecting any of your files.you can do it by pressing *#7780# ..
or dial *#7370#, this code will completely format your phone deleting all your files.It will take your software to the same state, as you first received your phone.Use this code only if something wrong happens with your phone’s software like virus attack.It is also called hard reset.
it is a safe process and it does not give bad effect to your phone..

Hii Nuwan..
i own an Nokia 5530 its been like 7mnths now its been working well until like since 1 week. the problem is when i get a new message it doesnt appear on the home screen as 1 new message. i have to enter the messaging via menu and then see the inbox to know that i have a new message its rly annoying can u help me?!

well..... poor sunlight legibility means that you dont see the screen well under direct sunlight( its difficult to identify the things being shown on the screen).
as for the second question.hmmmm. there are phones that can charge up when you connect them via USB to your pc or mac but this one cant

Whateva it still sucks! Original firmware is the best, i can install 3rd party appz on v31 without flashing the fake firmware

I use a cfw based on 5530's firmware. I think you don't know how to flash a cfw on 5530. Shame on you Mr. 5530 XM. :)

CFW sucks it feels like using a fake 5530, why dnt you just buy the real C6 or watteva ur tring to imatate, i like the 5530 for being a 5530 not being c6

You can't hack it on v30 firmware. There is an option but its difficult to do. It's called CFW (Custom Firmware), my 5530 has a cfw installed. I can install 3rd party apps and my phone became alot faster when I putted a cfw on it.
