the worst phone I have ever purchased. I just went for the look so it's my fault. It keeps dying in the middle of conversations, the ringing tones are very low and the software has major issues.

Well, I could say Nokia 5610 is one of the best S40 devices out there.

The nokia 5610 is quite a crap phone to be honest .. every month or so it needs to go in to get repaired .. I have had mine repaired twice and replaced once mainly due to it being frozze which appears to happen quite often in the most random times.. Another thing is the music slider .. the border around it seems to break away and parts of the plastic start to fall off ..which is quite a dissapointment because its such a lovely looking phone.

There are issues with the phones software.. check if u hv installed any new themes then change them, or else take the phone to nokia care. Get the software upgraded it will solve the problem

u have a ringer problm ur ringer is slow . take it to the warantty ofice if it is in waranty they will repair it

I have 5610xm for 4 month
it's best balance of material and price
my sister bough u600 samsung and my brother p1i sony erricson and me 5610 but they aren't glad from their purchase
if 5610 has symbian it was a merricle

2ND DAY into buying the phone it fell into TANG...Entire battery region was practically foooded with tang..left it to dry and still working perfectly 9 months later...
Battery life is average..lasts about a day and a half with average use..
excellent camera and all in all value for money!

Go to Menu => Settings => Date and time => Date & time settings => Time zone

so so so bad realy it's battery is so stubid you must recharge it everyday at the begging then it will be twice a day mainly every 10 hours :( i hate it
