Last week I got this phone with lots of expectation, but was shocked with its problematic start, within few hours of purchase this little devil lost its network. Next this jerky device got frozen, I had to remove its battery and put it back again. The battery is awfull. The slider is tacky and the software is highy unreliable. I took this thing to the nokia repair centre to address the issues it had. Highly dissapointed.

hi, i am usind 5610 since jan 08 but it has some problems, hangs sometimes and just freezes and i hv to put out da battery and reinsert it, may any one tell me how can i update its firmware bcs i tried with nokia software updator via pc and net, a msg comes while connecting that connection lost and so and so...
my 5610's firmware is 4.21 and my brother's set has 4.81 and he has no problem like that

I have this phone for 6 months and i love it.It is one of the best phones ever :D. If you want a phone that has a litle of everything then go for this one

This phone ROCKS and is very practical! For those complaining, buy pure original or update your firmware.

if got ppl nokia 5610XM will auto switch on or off,go update to the latest version and it will be ok,i oso got tis problem,after update and no problem

i just bought this (AMAZING)phone for aweek, realy its cute phone, Music is very good, and the soud is very loud and the camera is perfect, AND THERE'S NO HANGING. I LIKE IT.COOOOOOOOOOOOOL

i am preparing to buy this phone, but i read the opinion about this nokia 5610 and its showing so many users are saying that it will automatically goes to switchoff and switchon. is it right. is their any way to solve this problem

a sad news for me.last i kept my w810i in my home and went out,after i came n i on ed my fone n the starting logo sone ericsson came and d screen is still blinking.wat shud i do,tak it 2 service centre,r i can recover it by downloadin som software in my pc n puti it in me fone?

i bought this phone 2 weeks ago.. and now my phone broke down!
i hate this phone!
even though its features seems so good for typical and non-typical user. I recommend you guys that dont buy this phone..
try other phones like Nseries... if i were you i will definetly buy N81

i am having loads of problems with this phone. originally the battery would not last more than two days. that was replaced by orange but then the phone kept turning off. they sent a new one out but the same thing keeps happening. the third phone is arriving tomorrow. my contract is now into its second month and orange will not give me an alternative handset. this is a poor quality product that i have come to expect from nokia.
incidently, i have a few friends with 6500 slides and they are just as bad.
stick to sony.
sorry but its crap made worse by the fact that i must tolerate it for another 16 months.
other issues include the image counter that resets everytime you download the photos so that when you next download, you have to change all the image names as you cant have 'image 1' twice for example.
on a positive note, it takes good photos that blow up to a4 with no real quality loss.
