Viewing a mobile phone's content via Bluetooth without permission of the owner is illegal in many countries (as this is a breach of privacy). So I refuse to give any advice, and so should other forum members. Please don't ask this question again...

Very good, solid phone. I'm happy with it. Pros: Music player is flexible and works well. Sound quality with Sennheisers is excellent. Looks nice in blue. Slide mechanism is solid and smooth. Phone is actually pretty compact, only a little fatter and wider than my tiny Moto W220. Screen is gorgeous and visible in any condition. S40 software is fast and intuitive. Camera takes nice pics in most conditions. Cons (and what camera doesn't have them?!): Main buttons a little sticky. Needs to be rebooted after editing music content, or shows ghost tracks. Flimsy battery cover. Speaker volume a bit low. Vibration is weak. Battery life is, so far, only average (2 days between charges with minimal use of camera, music, and calling functions). Camera is a little slow, so u need a steady hand. Battery cover needs to be on for MicroSD card to register.
Overall: Again, solid phone, and I'm happy with it. Does everything well, with only minor quibbles. Highly recommended.

                  @ Asim

Try N81 8GB or N91 8GB, if you prefer music over camera. Better audio clarity & quality than any XpressMusic phone or Walkman phone. Make sure to purchase high-quality headphones.

i got some problems with my 5610.
                            1. one of my keys got cracked. i took it to a nearby nokia care and they refused to fix the problem by stating 'we don't fix external problems'.
                            2. the play/pause button doesn't work properly when u are viewing a video on full screen.
                            3. it lost against the Walkman series to a certain extent. it lacks the mega bass effect.
                            4. u can not use the flash to video in the complete darkness.
                            5. the battery life is horrible. take some snaps, listen to music for 3 hours, watch 4/5 videos, make 20/30 calls, use the internet in 24 hours and u-la-la the battery is dead my friend.
                            6. the volume of the ring tone is not loud enough to warn u of the call when you are in the middle of a crowd of 4/5 people.
                            7. the phone hangs from time to time.
......apart from all these problems i don't think it's a waste of money as it has some great features. buy the phone. u wanna know why? i will tell u in my next post.

                              in my opinion...
each mobile got their own weakness...
                              juz like human...
                              nobody perfect rite?
                              so...think twice before u buy 1...

                              meet ur taste 1st...
then u seacrh which mobile suitable with u...
                              like me...
                              i prefer to camera...
                              240x320 java game screen...
as long as can listen to song by earphone...
                              not much care with loudspeaker...

                              if u use it carefully...
i think it will be lasting for long time...
slider mobile got many risk in slide...
juz like my samsung sgh u600
keep sliding will make ur mobile spoiled faster...

                              peace

But that't just one unfortunate experience with the phone, compared to thousands which have been sold. That's not a good enough reason to tell people not to buy it. If it were a problem for many people, it would have been reported as such.

I have been a very loyal Nokia user since my first mobile purchase. I love the interface, design, features and I was excited two months ago when I got my new 5610 Xpress Music. However this is easily the biggest let down of any phone I have ever purchased. Three weeks after buying the phone, the entire keypad slid off then to add insult to injury the on/off key stopped working. I purchased this phone in Hong Kong but I live in Shanghai, and although Nokia "Care" covers HK phones on the mainland, I would have had to purchase the phone from one of six authorized dealers to have my phone repaired. So after a decade of loyal Nokia purchases, I am left out in the cold with a dead phone. What's worse is I have 500+ numbers stored in the phone which are locked in the phone. In short don't buy this phone.
