amazing sound quality, ive had music phones before from SE and the battery life is awful compared to this. i would defo recommend this phone!

about the contacts prob, i faced similar prob too...i jus sent it to the nokia service centre...they said it is some prog prob...so i suggested u sent it to the service centre too.

i had the same problem every time i removed the memory card. does your mobile go back to the original setting when you remove the memory card or battery? or it does it even when u dont tough the back cover.

Make sure you dont have the same number saved more than once .. i had the same problem with my nokia 6600 until i realised that i had some of the numbers inserted twice with contact names slightly differnet and the phone could not choose between the two so it showed only the number when i received calls from these persons.

Ya, it sounds stupid but really fed up with it.
There is somebody post a similar question before, it cant recognise the sender when i already save the num, but when it comes to +65, my phones will jus show the num and the name of the sender.
I saved all at my sim contact. Is it a software prob? does it help if i bring it to a nokia care center to upgrade my software.

To Martin - the reason nobody has answered your question is because it CAN'T be answered. You can't say which phone is better - you can only say which phone is better FOR YOU. It depends on your priorities. It's the same answer for the guy who asked if it is better than the N73, and that question was actually answered on this page anyway.
To Kim - the 5610 is better, but if you've got access to both phones, surely you would know that already??

which is better? nokia 5310 or nokia 5610? i have the 5610...i love it's performance. i just want to know if what's better than the two...coz my lil sister has the 5310..haha! tnx,..

This might sound like a stupid question, but are you sure you're saving the changes after exiting the contact info editor? Also, are you using the SIM or the Phone for contact storage? Maybe even both at a time (which, I believe, is the default option)?. Whatever option you're using, try changing it to another one and see if it makes any difference.
I haven't had that problem myself, so I wouldn't know how to solve it.

Hi siddharth.... no you cant charge your phone through usb.... charger is the only option...

hey, got this phone last week, everything was ok, but got this prob at my contact list. when i stored my fren's no for eg 910****, then this person sms me, it doest refelct his name, when i got was +65910**** (a bunch of numb, so i restore the numb to my fren's name. the prob was solve,but when it came to the fren call me, it appears to be 910**** again, (no name). How to solve this prob ah?

hi i have been using this great phone for 7 weeks and it is very nice and stylish .....
but i have question about it if anybody know how the sensor light (beside the front camera) works because i don't think that it is working well on my phone !!!! thanks
its one of the best phones that Nokia have ever made
