To Fred:
1.- The furthest I've got is to do other stuff while the music player/radio is in the background. Not sure about the rest.
2.- Yes, the cam can zoom during video.
3.- The front cam can't be used for pics, only for videocalls.
4.- As of durability, if you have a tendency to drop them I don't think this is the right choice for you. I haven't dropped it myself up to now and I don't usually drop them, so I wouldn't know much about it, however, the phone is a little heavy and I believe that if you have the bad luck of it falling the wrong way, you'll lose it after the first fall...

To Sudheer - read the other pages of this forum. Your question has been answered many times.
To Gajendra - I dont think you can change the path of received files - they all go directly to the "received files" folder which is in the phone. It means you need to keep a certain amount of the phone memory free, but larger files usually fail when sending across bluetooth (in my experience) so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
As for battery life, it seems to vary from phone to phone. I get around 3 days on average. The best was 4 days, and the worst was 2 so anyone only getting 1 day may have a bad battery possibly?

hey guys just bought 5610 really great!!!. But still having problem with it's battery life. Hope the guy who was saying to charge it 10 or 15 times may work. Now i am also facing one more problem that when i open my slide I feel that it's broken or something like that. I feel like the upper part is moving or kinda like that. If it is like this let me know please actually i am very depressed constantly thinking that i may have break that.

Can anyone tell me how to store received files from another mobile by bluetooth directly to memorycard? I m unable to set the path for recieved files.

For Those who just both this phone. Great job. This my best mobile phone yet. Just keep on using it and once almost empty charge it. After around 10 to 15 charges. your phone will have longer batt life. Had d same problem when i got mine back Dec. 20. Hope this helps. 5610 for life!!

Ok, yet again we are getting the same old questions being repeated time and time again.
To Baski - This has been answered so many times, I've lost count. YOU CAN'T USE THE FRONT CAMERA FOR TAKING PICTURES!
And to the guys asking for the pros and cons of the phone - have you considered reading previous pages of this forum?? Because that's exactly what's being discussed on here!
And to azf - It's been stated many times on this forum that this phone DOES beat Walkman phones for sound quality. What are you basing your statement on? Do you actually have both phones to compare? I have owned 3 Walkman phones in the past and now have a 5610, so I am in a good position to say that the 5610 is much better.

I'm planning 2 buy a new phon but confused b/w N73m n 5610.
I just wanted 2 no dat does 5610 has a shutter(any cove) on camera n wat about sound clearity and loudness.
plz tell me that which phone captures better photos N73m or 5610.

I think maybe it is because u r using the quick sms.. quick sms is sms that u’ll receive fastly, without opening the inbox messages.. it will appear straight forward to your screen, instead of using the ordinary one..

for the guy that needs to know whats good about this phone. ok. 1st of all, if i didnt need to write texts, i sure wouldnt slide, the mail buttons would take care of everything. u can set up music videos as incoming call. if you are in usa and want to use AIM, you gotta ask for support. I gotta ask people from europe for tech support because none here. i have the phone for 3days and i love it. holds nice, looks sleek. to remove microsd you have to do it carefully because there is that mechanism to insert the card but it looks nice. A con that i dont like is the +/- button for changing the volume. it should be maybe 1mm thicker or little more, because the button is almost leveled with the case. the middle play button or ok button. sometimes can be tricky to press sometimes since you have to press down in the middle of it. the menus are pretty good. when you slide the phone up and down, than you can lock it right away. nice feature. Deleting speed of messages is unbelievable. 100 text messages it deletes in like 6-7sec. very quick! there is also a dictionary installed but i see no point of it since the definitions are in chinese or something. radio is preety good. nice reception. picture quality is awesome. although for effects, there should be little more than negative, sepia, grayscale and normal. video quality very good as well. LED light is very bright, dont recommend looking at it.auto focus works fine. For flash, this is what i noticed, when you have it set for On or Automatic, you cant do Night Mode or Image Sequence. it plays music very loud. i recommend getting screen protector, since it doesnt affect how the phone looks and will keep the screen clean. the back cover at first might be tricky to take out but do it few times and it simple. i can write more if anyone wants more info on it. i got good handle of it already. i was just being general here so everyone knows whats up with the phone. if you need something, email me

I was thinking of buying a Nokia 6120, which has HSDPA, but this one has a better camera and music player and I wanna know if 5610 has photo/video editor or not?
