Ths phone is weird! Using my 2gb memory card and the 4gb one (both full) not make the phone slow or somethin, but once it turned off it make a very annoying loading file, make a phone a bit frustating lag!
its camera is very dissappointing! Very bad color n contrast when used in d morning!

the music slider of my phone jst ... morego to sg.wang plaza then go to level 3..u will found a shops repairing all handphone..otherwise throw it to the rubbish and buy a new one..thats all folks!

it music slider iz also weak n it jst got broke up...

Yeah Cybershot phones dont come with the 3.5 mm jack but the walkman series does, an adaptor but it's not that irritating to me to have an adaptor. Some people dont like them. But walkmans dont really have good cameras. Finding the perfect phone at a good price can be kinda hard xD. Have you tried searching for the motorola zine zn5? I hear it's cheap and has an awesome camera. And feature wise: its like a combination of the SE k850 and the w705 (xenon 5mpx and wifi). Good luck!

Also, Nokia ME 5800 is not that cheap in my country either. Seems to have really poor camera for such price tag, hell you can't get a cell phone these days that excels in every department without forking out so much of dough. One of the biggest things that bothers me is that good camera phones aka cybershot series don't have 3.5 mm jack on them to enhance the music quality, how much it could possibly cost SE to come up 3.5 jack on all their expansive models?

Hi. This is Dipto. Now u see in gsmarena phone specification of 5610 show its support 8gb. I have a 4gb (sandisc) card. Its almost full but phone is ok. No slow. I want to know that if i take a 8gb then what happend ? Is it become slow ? What is ur memory status ? Ur phone how much slow ? Whats is ur memory card name ? Whats ur software version? Ur phone where made ? By. Thanks.

SachBro, 13 Sep 2009Hey man, I have been planning on buying this cell, however,... moreHi! Well I've had this phone for about a year and from thise three points I can say:
1. Mine has never frozen. When I bought it I checked for an update and it said I already had the latest firmware. Now I cant update it since I lost my data cable. But, it has NEVER frozen!
2. My slider thing for music and radio has always seemed loose. But it hasn't come off once at all. It just wiggles a little. And i've dropped it maybe 1 or 2 times
3. It never restarted once. My gf got one before I did and her screen went blank after only 1 day of use but they gave her a new one and it has been as perfect as mine :)
I also own a SE w705. Sound is lower but clearer and has better base on the w705 but it isnt really noticable unless you have it right next to it. But the camera is way better on the 5610. The w705 doesnt have autofocus and at night it's flash isnt any good for pics. The 5610 is my "camera/music" phone and the w705 is my "music/internet" phone because it has wi-fi and I have them on pay as you go. Although I bet there are better phones out there that are better than the 5610 right now since its an old phone. (2007?) but the 5610 is still a good choice. The 5800 might be worth a shot. Its supposed to be cheap. Not here though, the price is about 300 us dollars while in my country its selling at around 700 dollars. Good luck on choosing a new phone!

Hey man, I have been planning on buying this cell, however, after reading most of the user comments; I have noticed three problems with this phone.
1) It hangs up and freezes, even firmware upgrade can't help.
2) Its navi slider really sucks and breaks even if handled carefully.
3) The phone restarts automatically, which is not a good sign.
Pls, all users, kindly give me your feedbacks and especially comment on these three points. I also have SE W850i in my sight, it seems to have better sound quality, however poor camera and not so good battery life. Pls let me have your suggestions, is there a phone with better sound quality and good camera in the same range, pls advise. I want top quality sound and a decent 3.2 mp camera with autofocus and flash.

It is a java phone and can only run java apps like games and things that dont require a lot of memory. If you want a more powerful phone get a smart phone like E and N series. This will never have enough memory to run big apps ;)
