i'm having nokia 5610 for about a year now...and it was working perfectly..till last night..i tried to open the camera..and it was always telling 'camera on standby'...
please anyone i want a solution for this problem cuz i'm not giving up on my phone...

I wanna know if this mobile supports multitasking ??
i mean can you open any apllication or browse photos for example while the mp3 player is running ?

Very interesting phone!
Perfectly for MP3! Also a very nice menu, my opinion, the 5610 has little disadvantages =)

i have had this phone for almost a year now, and i haven't had any problems with it, the camera is great compared to other 3.15MP units, the music is just awesome and crisp, and with regards to its price, its somewhere near cheap as to its functionality and style.
is it advisable for me to upgrade my firmware, and what changes would i be expecting???

Sniper, 09 Feb 2009First, i thought it is wonderful, until the nokia 5800 came... moreInteresting you should say that, because I owned the 5800 for a few days, but sold it and went back to the 5610.
The music player in the 5800 is not as loud as the 5610, and the camera was not as good either. Also, scrolling up and down the screen is REALLY fiddly.
Another advantage of v9.4 is that it accepts an 8GB memory card, so you can have as much memory as the 5800 too.

They did not release it to every part of the world at the same time - Europe had to wait several months, and has only been available for a couple of weeks now.

I have used this phone since it came out in the US in 2008. The camera is great. It has an auto flash and auto focus! The music player is great and the sound quality is excellent. It comes with a 2gb card already in it. It also comes with the data cable and an audio adapter. The slide navigation for the music player and fm radio is cool too. Great on battery life. This phone is definitely a winner!!!!!!!!

Hi Everyone...
I was used this phone for six months,in this period of time nokia people used the same phone for 5 months,bcz of the problem with phone.. weekly once i got repaired .. i saw so many people in nokia care with the paroblem.i paid 4k for repairs... now the phone is completely dead.
please don't go for this...
