mee, 14 Oct 2009i want to buy dis phone but these comments made me think tw... moreThe VOLUME is not as loud as the 5800,,,but i think all mobile phones sound crap,,,they have speakers half the size of a finger nail,,plug in good headphones or a home theatre system and it sounds great,,,i laugh when read comments like: the sound has no bass,,it sounds too treble...ive looked all over my 5730 and i cant find a sub woolfer,,,,,,nokias browsers arent that good,,download opera,,it works great on 5730...this is a good phone ,,,

i want to buy dis phone but these comments made me think twice . i love the qwerty keypad , the design , everything . except that some said the speaker is not that loud and that web browsing is slow . pls help me !

Hi all,
i have used the black 5730 XM and i like it, the key board is quite comfortable,i am planning to buy it in few weeks it costs only in Libya 425 LYD = 240 Euro,i watched a lot of reviews and videos,and i can't wait until i get it,so i will post my impression as soon i get it....

Element, 12 Oct 2009I Have read somewhere that U cant turn off the shutter soun... moreIm using Nokia smartphones from back to N70. An i dont have ANY problem to silence shutter sound. Just warning tones off and it works like candy. Right now im of course having X5730 and yes, it does work with this model also. So im quite sure you are doing something totally wrong.

The reason is that Some people Take under skirt pictures of girls ,And The girls dont know that because there is No Shutter Sound
So Cellphone Companies made this to Notice The Girls if anyone is taking an under skirt

i'm 1st time nokia user as i'm using SE phones b4..
btw, i've tried to turn to silent mode and turn off the warning tone on my current profile but it doesn't work at all!
anyone know the other way 2 turn off the camera shutter sound??

You cant turn off the shutter sound..Its common to all Nokia phones...the ONLY way to silence it is to put to phone on SILENT MODE

What's better: Nokia 5730 or Nokia E75? They have almost the same specs
