i have this phone...2b honest i loved it at first..going from a 8310 to a 6100 was ace..but 10mths down the line & working for a mobile firm i realise this phone is ok if u want a basic phone..but i cant wait till i can upgrade with my 6230 in dec! cant come quick enough..want a CAMERA PHONE AS STANDARD NOT A ADD ON¬!!!!!!

Got this cheap off a friend recently, was impressed at first, screen quality is good and tones loud/clear, large number and message memory, and the general system works well.
But...!
Menus are slow as hell to navigate and not laid out terribly well compared to older models - eg it's hard to make a call quickly! This also makes trying to delete maybe half your sent messages whilst keeping others a 100% pain in the neck as it takes forever.
The tones are only 4-note polyphonic, and have a quite limited number of tracks (8?) and file size (16k?) before it chokes on them and won't play.
No random wallpaper changer!
Only about 650kb of user memory - considering it was sold with a plug in camera that generates 50kb pictures, a distinct problem.
Internet can be a complete dog at times, it'll just refuse to log in even though it connects fine.
And worst of all? The BLOODY THING KEEPS TURNING ITSELF OFF - and this looks like an expensive "firmware update" problem.
For that final fault alone, with all the others piled on top, I'm very, very seriously considering going back to my trusty, bomb-proof 3330. You can keep your colours and polyphonic tones.

it doesnt say it it doesnt have it, if your in doubt look on nokias website, its not that hard and its more faster.

I just bought the phone and i am not happy.The same day it was bought,the screensaver hangs after a while and trying to get back to the home page is impossible it shows a blue screen and i have to put it off and restart it.it operates normally for only 10 minutes. Is there any Nokia care centre in Nairobi?????What can i do????

The software on the phone has been upgraded to v5.80, this has sorted some of the problems out I was having but the sound quality is still BAD!!
