the battery is more than great..but it says it can play wav format but till now i dont know how ..(i've had it for 2 years now)
it scratches very easily but i like it

they need to make the phone a hole lot stroger. I will never buy one again for work.
I plan on geting a few of them when my kids get older. they would make good phones for a family plan. that is about all i thick they are good for

The battery charge holds up forever, and the text is good, but the camera is horrible and it has practicaly NO storage space. The paint came off quickly and overall the phone is not that great.

This phone is okay, the battery life is awesome though. I text a lot and I only charge it once or twice per week. I've had it for 2 yrs and it never died on me, never froze, never shuts down by itself.
I do admit the camera sucks though.... And low memory!!
And the flip thing does not break easily!! Get your facts straight people!!

I got this phone 2 years ago and it is still fine. The paint comes off easily if you don't handle it with care and I don't like the fact that it has less storage space, doesn't have bluetooth and you can't zoom in or out when taking pictures. I dont recommend people to buy this phone unless they don't care about the features. I regret getting it and im so bored of it now that I am going to get a new one.

i've got two friends who have this phone and in both of them the flipper mechanism of the phone broke quickly.

i got this phone for christmas last year. it started as a great phone the camera was good the screen was clear. but then after about a month the top of the phone scratched really bad. just recently the mini screen broke which was bad. the memory is crap and the photos have turned bad. the recordings are really dodgy and there is no blurtooth and the infarated doesnt work. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE you will regret it and it went down to $99 from $150 but now its back up to $150 its so not worth it.

Had this phone for a year and 3 months.. Was a nice, simple phone to use but the features were VERY bad. Low memory, bad camera, no music player, slow operating system.. I have now upgraded to SE W850 and that is SO MUCH better! If you want a good phone to call and sms (it has a great keypad) then this the right one. However, there are newer models out there!

i think it the luck of the draw with this phone cause i own 2 of em, i have them for about six months and the battery life is awsome on one of them/black and the other same phone/white it last a day and the black last about 2-3 days
i usually switch between them during the week maybe it's just the battery reception is good in the city /elevator/basment only a few drop calls in the entire 6 months
...8 out of 10 for battery

this fone rocks im too poor to afford internet but you can record songs and put em as ur ringtone, cz the record sounds hella good.

i have this phone, i bought it last year and really i've seen that it's easy to use but my problem is with GPRS, when i want to activate something that needs GPRS i'm unable to activate it, beacuse it only shows me GSM data. i need help about this PLease, my number is 0785352428

I'd also like to add that this is one tought phone. It went thru 2 yrs of me constantly dropping it and the pieces coming out. Even though I have another phone, I still use it for camera purposes. :D

Ahhh, I had this phone for a couple of years. It was good to me. I loved this phone. Unfortunately I dropped it too much. It's really simple to use, cute design, and the camera is excellent. You can take pix and email it to your computer. The picture quality is really amazing for a camera phone. Good price too.

I purchased this phone in New Zealand Mid November 2006 and it's been a pretty good phone for me, it's treated me well through the slight neglect I have given it and it's works quite well.
I don't like the fact there is hardly any memory in it and it can't be expanded which is a shame as I usually take a lot of pictures, but then why should I take a lot of pictures when the camera quality is below average! It doesn't even have flash. The design is pretty classic and it looks pretty great. I like the hot keys which is a bonus for me to access my inbox.
Just recently I broke the flip thing on my phone which makes it so difficult to write a text with out the top of my phone collapsing on my thumb.
The battery power is alright and I've been able to withstand very lengthy conversations.
If you do want to buy this phone I would recommend it as it isn't that complicated and very simple.
But this isn't a phone for the very patient person as it does lag quite a lot.
Right now I am planning to upgrade my phone and I'm thinking about purchasing the v3x from Motorola, it's a reliable phone and I don't regret this purchase!
I'll give it a 6/10
There are better phones out there for equal or lesser value that gives you more value for money than the 6101.
