cud n e techo freak tel me.which is a better buy 6131 or 6125.the look of the 6131 is definitely better..but wat abt its features camera quality etc.lemme know as ill base my deision of purchase accordingly..thank u..reply soon

Thank you for aswering T7 well the phone that i compare is K300 and i wanted to say how good is the sound bcs all nokia phones have loud sound but this here says that it has 24 chanels i don't understand it means how good is the sound????

The battery is awesome, undoubtly having much more realiability than SE. mine works for 4 days without any problem.

For sound quality (good or bad),it's best if you try by yourself (head to head) and which SE do you want to compare?
Because maybe we have different music taste.So what is good according to my ear,it's maybe not the same according to you.
And one thing,do you mean quality good or loud? Because we can misunderstand about that.

well i have a problem, when i take the image, the quality i get is not as good as that shown in the gsmarena web page, i mean the quality shown here looks like it has been taken with a 2 MP camera, do u guys are also having the same problem or u r satisfied with the image quality.
ps: i am taking the snap in "high" quality mode.

no the screen of 6125 is kind of robust, it merely gets scratched...

Is the display screen on the 6125 as fragile as the 6131? I mean can it easily damaged/scratch etc. Does it need screen protector?

Yes, the downside is that, it gets scratched easily even if you're very careful with it. Other than that, I have no complains; it meets my needs.

Alex: The sound of 6125 is very good. Personally I think the sound is as good as in 6131 or even better. And compared to some SE:s I have heard, better...

ya thats the thing with this phone, it gets scratched very soon.. hey! but who cares about that, just njoi the inbuilt features.. have fun..

i've been using the 6125 since july. i only found out thru this site that you can adjust the video recording time from 9secs t 3hrs 10mins! my only complaint is that it easily gets scratches.

T7 and Rocky: The Nokia 6125 external speakers sound Rocks ! Compared to SE walkman phones it has better sound. 256 mb memory card in SE sucks. Decent music phone has at least 1 GB external memory. When comparing SE mem stick prices to Micro SD (Nokia), points go to Nokia. Walkman is good trademark, nothing else in this case....

Yes, 6125 has better specification for camera, colour ext display (for me is not too important),PTT and support A2DP.
W300 is made special for music.
If your important is music and not too care about camera than take SE W300 because the earset from SE walkman series is better than Nokia. (wiht Nokia usually you must buy other earset to get better music).
I don't know if the price also very important to you. As I look at Plemix, they have the similar price but W300 included 256 Mb memory card and 6125 not.
But if the important thing for you are camera and A2DP feature than take 6125.

OK, just like all the phones i've got, clumsy me has brutally dropped my 6125 3 times now. Twice, the top cover (just above the battery cover) popped out of place. HOWEVER, i', very very happy to say that the phone has been EXTREMELY durable so far. The signal is still as strong as ever.
Just had a biz trip, and the phone (and my top range Philips ear-plug ear phones) accompanied my with a lots of high quality mp3 musics.
The phone has been flawless after >3mths owning it. Love it. Very reliable.
I charge the phone every 3days (minimal bluetooth usage) but every day if mp3 is played for >8hrs a day e.g. when I'm travelling.
If nokia is listening, i have a super suggestion: how about a shorcut key to the next/stop-play/previous keys in the mp3 player e.g. long press on vol+ or vol- or press camera button? currently, i have to open the flip to perform those operation (i use the nokia 3.5mm adapter).

-SE W300 i has VGA camera, Nokia 6125 has 1.3 Mpix camera
-SE W300 i has not external colour display
-SE memory cards are more expensive compared to micro SD which is used in Nokia

-Music can be played when fold closed.
-Full screen video also available.
-7 sec length is a default setting and it can be changed from menus to 2-3 minutes. If you have memory card you can record possibly over one hour video (2 GB card).
