Had phone 16 months. Screen went blank. AT&T options--buy a $70 or $120.00 phone after this one cost $120.. w/ 2yr contract. Ordered a Nokia 1280 from Nokia...Battery life on 6126 poor--about 2-3 days on standby
Already replaced under warranty but no improvement.
P.S. I was able to repair display problem.

a, 25 Aug 2008it a good phoneHave had this phone since May 08, not really sold on it for several reasons, one of which is the ATT guy told me it had better battery life than old Nokia I had,[does not but as he said you can leave it plugged in all time and won't hurt battery, I do. The voice mail Icon keeps coming up even when no voice mail, spent 48 min on 611 call for tech support to resolve this issue 2 times now. Att tech support really bites, where old phone always had 4-5 bars @ home this one shows 2-3 and a no service line thru the G for good service even while talking to tech support, go figure !! Will definetly change carriers when this contract up, ATT really pitiful!!!

IDK..Multi-media sending pictures after awhile is really disappointing

great phone, it dropped out of my pocket onto the road from my bike and only had a few surface scratch's but worked perfectly. bought it from Fido. highly recommend.A++++++++++++++++++++

As long as you do not use AT&T as provider, you should have no issues with this phone.
However, if you have AT&T as provider, you will have issues with MultiMediaMessages and java applications that uses any resources/files of the phone/memory card

Also, my time stamp ALWAYS shows messages received at the wrong time (One hour in the future!). If i receive a message at 2pm, it will show it was received at 3pm. This is NOT a user problem, as i have the correct time zone selected, and have even experimented with different time zones.....no matter what, it still shows the 1hr. future time.
I brought the phone into the local AT&T store to show them the problems i was having with the phone so they could see it for themselves and could verify it with the talking heads at AT&T's 1-800 number.
I've just received my 2nd replacement phone (3rd overall) from AT&T warranty dept., and now am eligible for a different phone, THANK GOD! Stay away from this phone.

cannot attach photos to multimedia messages, the phone goes black and reboots to the menu screen. I can send videos however. i have a 1GB micro chip, so memory not the problem. Last night the phone crashed and when it came back the menu changed. lost the email icon and when i click on email in the message menu it goes black and reboots to the menu screen just like with the pictures. a strange icon appeared in the menu labeled "waitgrap..." nothing happens when i click on it. also the Shop ATT icon dissapeared too???? any ideas?

ive had this fone for about a month and the speaker is already broken the flip mechanism sucks and is always getting jammed for the price i whoul hv bought a SE K800i. not worth buying this fone

I have a trouble with this phone. When I try to take photo, the message displays "camara on stand by" and can not take photo and videos.What may be the reason can anyone help me pls.

ive had this phone for just about a year and i can say that it is a good phone... one of the flaws that i can point out is the care. if u want this phone to look nice u better never let it touch anything other than your hand. it is pretty fragile so your gonna have to be gentle. i would definitley reccomend a cas for it. another thing is the battery ife. its not horrible but its not to great. the camera sucks most of the time. one thing ive come to discover is that if you put it on night mode it works a lot better. bluetooth is pretty good on it. the messaging features are kind of out of date but still good. No signature and it takes forever to delete messages if you store alot like me... i like the button pattern and format. music player is not a plus. this is not the phone to have if your looking for a good music format. you browse by artist or playlist or any of that fo that matter. its just a big list of music. not to impressive. but overall the phone is a pretty good phone. not the best but certainly not the worst... enjoi...

Ive had this phone for more than a year now.. almost 2 years actually and now it is dead =( i dropped it and it wont turn on anymore. its been very good to me and this isnt the first time ive dropped it (maybe the 100th time). The only problem i ever had with it is the problem that almost all flip phones encounter after awhile, the white lcd screen thing. overall this phone is great and easy to use.

its a great phone just take the bluetoth off or put it on hide and it works you can do it for all phones . the reason hy it does this its searcing always for outher devices

Is the Nokia Music Headset HS-45/AD-45(those with the remote control and 3.5 jack on the remote control) supported for 6126? It's not listed as compatible in the 6126's description in Nokia.com, but if I get 2.5mm to 3.5mm connector, maybe it will work, I'm not sure..
My idea is to use much better earphones, but still not losing the remote mic on the wire+remote control if possible as an extra.

I am on my second one. I took the first one back because it would delete all but one text in my sent items and would not allow me to go to the sent box unless there were enough msgs to keep that one from showing. If I tried to scroll down, it would kick me out. Then my outbox did the same thing. Now My second one constantly has to be plugged up. I know it develops a memory on the battery but I only charge it when it's threatening to die on me. Currently looking for a new phone. I prefer Nokia over any brand but this one is a disappointment.

it served me well till i lost it . it was not durable body and not long losting battery but it was about all. rest of the things were fairly good.

This phone is very easy to use if your just a simple phone user.
Camera is not too great, under bad lighting conditions the pictures turn out quite bad.
Through headphones, the music is VERY soft, i repeat VERY soft!
The speaker however is one of the loudest i have heard.

Tinny sound, abysmal battery life, on off button on side pressed too easily.
