      @ nivla

      your comments:
1.for those boasting about se, moto, samsung, etc. just 1 simple question...
      do you have NFC?
      peace...

2.for those SE enthusiasts, does your handsets posses the latest technology?
      w/c is the NFC? peace...

3.i just cant understand people who keep on looking what this fone 'dont' have. why dont we focus on something that this fone 'have'... open you eyes people and see what i mean.

A bit contradicting don't you think? Think before you post your comments. At least have enough wits to use a nokia phone, dont bring the company to shame "nokia, phone for idiots" i dont think the company needs the slogan. And "peace..." doesn't make your comments any cooler. It makes you sound stupid.

nokia is producing phones with UMTS , VIDEOCALL cameras , 16 M colors , 2 inch screens commonly.

It seems like nokia don't have enough competition from other manufacturers.

until somebody gives competition , nokia won't produce an all-rounder phone.

                              sorry, here's the continuation...

NFC and Bluetooth are both short-range communication technologies which have recently been integrated into mobile phones. The significant advantage of NFC over Bluetooth is the shorter set-up time. Instead of performing manual configurations to identify Bluetooth devices, the connection between two NFC devices is established at once (

hang on everybody, b4 u throw unnecessary comments regarding this unit that are yet to b released, take a few minutes to read this, then u talk, ok?

Near Field Communication or NFC, is a short-range high frequency wireless communication technology which enables the exchange of data between devices over about a 10 centimeter (~4 inches) distance. The technology is a simple extension of the ISO 14443 proximity-card standard (contactless card, RFID) that combines the interface of a smartcard and a reader into a single device. An NFC device can communicate with both existing ISO 14443 smartcards and readers, as well as with other NFC devices, and is thereby compatible with existing contactless infrastructure already in use for public transportation and payment. NFC is primarily aimed at usage in mobile phones.

still the same old, behind nokia products nothing new. Design, featuress, performance still very far behind. Better nokia hire engineers from China...

Nokia 6233 sucessor, eh? Kind of expected a little bit more from this phone. But why call it 6212c? Afterall 6233i doesn't sound so bad does it. Good that it supports American 3G frequencies though...
