I am now on my second phone, o2 can't get the settings to work on o2 active, phone iteslf not bad, battery runs out quick though.

I have had the 6233 for two days now and I can't find any problems with it that I can't sort out, the comment about the memory being too small may refer to the physical size of the memory card it is very small to the point of being no bigger than the average fingernail and not its memory capacity.
The only problem really i have if anyone can help I have had the connectivity details zapped to me from Vodafone however one set is for email and one set is for MMS and web browsing so you can imagine when i want to browse and send a picture message i have to set the connections to that and to retrieve email i have to set the settings to that either way each setting cancels the other one out but other than that no probs.

Is the keypad hard to use? It seems the up,down,left and right arrowns will be very hard to reach.

There is no problem with the memory.The phone is gorgeous, i have one for 3 weeks now and i only can tell you it has no problem. Battery life is about 4 days, sound is exceptional and the screen is the best from Nokia until now. Quality of the case is exceptional too. Forget about SE and Samsung :P

I would like to have an answer from 6233 users.
Many times, i have seen in this forum that the 6233 has "Built in memory too small" and i don't really understand.
Even if it has 6Mo of internal memory, you can save photos, thems, ringtones on the extended card (64Mo in package and you can buy a 1Go card if you need).
So what is the problem with the 6Mo internal memory ?

I have purchased 6233 a few days back. The moblie looks to be average in camera. 2 megapixels donot match k750i. speakers are good and sound is clear. keypad is average. Built in memory is too small. However, not a bad choice in totality.

I have had the Nokia 6233 for a week.
Its a nice phone but disappointed again with the ringtones, they are very low like my previous 6230i phone.
Also has anyone any idea how I can transfer photos from my 6230i to the 6233.

I keep wondering how come my phone dont have the problems some guys mentioned in thier posts> guys its this phone is very stable even than most of you guys> hehehehe just joking>
but seriosly its anice phone with very nice options. Ive had it for 2 weeks now never had any problem whatso ever, except when you change theme the ringtone changes and thats not a problem as some post have explained.
overall performance better than n70 similer to SE w810 even better interface user friendly> hope you enjoy it

whats wronge gsm arena where is the review of this phone i have this phone from nearly one months now i wonder why they cant do it other phone they do it so early which have relesed after 6233...

Have had this on T-Mobile for 2 weeks but the software has crashed and it wont dial out. T-Mobile were going to courier an exchange to me but i got a phone call this morning saying they could not now do so. The reason being that Nokia have recalled the phone due to the number of complaints and faults on the phone. This is a shame as it is a nice phone. Best avoid though until Nokia sort it out.

Nokia so expensive for little features.
tiny screens, slow menus and buggy software. My last phone was a 6230i and it was a pain in the back side.

About the theme setting the ringtone to Nokia Tune, that's normal behaviour as theme is made of color/background/ringtone etc.
If you take a look at the manual (or even nokia's website FAQs) you'll get the same information.
I'll get my 6233 in a few days.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP? I have got the Nokia 6233 and have a massive problem. When I set the ringtone to a tune - if I change the theme or do anything, it just reverts back to Nokia Tune etc. Anyone know about this problem or how I can solve it? Thanks

Does this really have stereo speakers? Or just two speakers? I mean it can have two or three or four speakers but if the source output is mono it wouldn't really matter.

Dearns, The ascending ringtone, if the same as the 6230i is because you have it on full volume. Knock it down to volume 4 and it stops it.
