I got a really cool silver/chrome color today from www.omnicelusa.com for $297 I noticed on the site the color(s) is listed as black?

It's NIce Phone but Phone Book is not like Nokia 6230i(1000 numbers phone book)
But in Nokia 6233 only 500 number phone book

to whom it may concern,
I have this beautiful fone for about a week now and needless to say its perfect for my reguler day 2 day use. screen nice sound better than SE fones and very very easy not complicated interface, better than symbian. limited applications but as i said for reguler use its more than enough. I recommend it strongly. bluetooth can recieve as many files as you can with unlimited size because it transfers big ones to sd card, and fast too. never experienced reboot by it self never hung on me> power of S40>
dont hesitate buying one as i did first but then never regret. good luck and hope you like it>

When you first time start using the phone it ll try using 3G so start phone first without sim change network to dual mode also press the sim cover hard otherwise u can get a sim rejection or phone restricted message Sky phone company solves most problem with this and Nokia N72 try help at 03008633053 also ppl camera for pics is better than initially expected try changing white balance to florecent

Just got one 2day and it's a great fone except 4 one thing - the annoying ascending ringtone! Even on the ringing setting and full volume it stays the same! Anyone know how to fix it or is that just the way the fone is?

anyone who has this phone as an upgrade from o2 know if it's locked to o2? i got the samsung e900 and am wondering whether to swap it for this one as the samsung looks nice but lacks such basic things like voicedial or vibracall. though not too keen on the 6233's looks, the features do seem good.

I got silver upgrade from o2 but wish I had the choice of black cos I think it looks better. Havent had Nokia for long time and v.disappointed I cant save my sms text messages to my simcard. I urgently need to save them to my sim but cant work out how. Can anyone help please I am desparate.

Got the phone yesterday!
This phone looks beautiful in nature, much better then on pictures. It feels compact and strong. The display is large and crystal crisp, the keypad is large and feels great!
I have firmware 3.70 onm it and so far no problems. The menus are lightning fast. The phone itself boots up in 2-3 seconds!
Have I gotten to video? It records videos at 640x480!
There are some cons. I did not receive an usb cable with it. After sending SMS it does not return automatically to main menu (you need to exit). Well, that is it !
Anyone knows of a site with latest nokia firmwares?

i have an nokia 6233 ... seems to me great . It is like an 6230i but pefected. Great phone.

Just had my 6233 delivered this morning and am very pleased indeed! The build quality is far superior to any thing else out there right now and especially when compared to my Sony Ericsson K750i. It's a tiny bit bigger but still compact and very stylish - the images you see online don't do it justice! I have the all silver version as a free upgrade from O2 - you will NOT regret getting this phone!

This is a very nice looking phone, rugged bar design, and great speakers. I don't use 3G, and don't have a need for it. It's probably adding unnessary bulk to the phone. Phones seem to be getting bigger, as this phone is longer and wider than the 6230i. I only wish they can make it smaller, instead of bigger.

I got this phone recently i was gonna get the E900 or Z400 but went for this cos im used to nokia so far so good it is not as fast a people say and is a bit heavy compared to my sisters W810i.I got the black one cos i think it looks better than the silver. The design is nothing special but the black one looks quite sleek.

hi hi. I cant fathom wat nokia has done wit this fone... it has such an excellent screen, brilliant speakers, good video recorder(better than most smart phones) as well as 3G but then they went and only made it series40... well it is such a great price but still why not just giv it a symbian OS?
