Can u make video calls while using headphones? anyone help

Well I have had 2 6234 in the last 3 months (with Vodafone NZ firmware in them) both phones have been duds dropping calls randomly rebooting and locking up the keys (not keylock) I would love to try a different firmware onit but nokia dont seem to provide any for it.
But when it does work it seems great.

this phone is the best phone i have ever had the only thing i dont like about it is the backlight dosent stay on for long the good things are the screen is easy to read and the buttons are easy to use also the sound is loud i think nokia is going in the right direction when it comes to basic hansets

a pain to use as you cant even read the very small letters from the keypad also when the numbers come up on the screen it also gives you eyestrain trying to read it,when i send an sms i need to use a magnifying glass to see what i am sending and i have normal eyesight,i think this phone is the lemon of the bunch as i even had great difficulty in getting conected with a provider it took weeks.i certainly would not recomend it infact mine is going to be sold very cheap and i am going with another brand

Hi!i just want to tell you that one of my friends bought an 6234 and I don't like it!altought I recomended him an 6233 but he didn't listen to me.so if anybody is interested in 6234,take a watch to 6233 and se the difference.I own an3250.

Wtf? its not ugly a**hole. I really like this mobile. Many good features, programs, great camera and video and even a good mp3 player with stereo which provides you a really enjoyable sensetation :D I had a 6600 before this mobile and i was also satisfied with him. Keep it up Nokia :D

hey guys can anyone help me out? i just had this pone for 3 months now & im encountering a couple of problems. i cant activate the PTT call , pictures not really clear . OH & one more thing i think my pone has a virus i keep loosing games on my memory card. anyone with help regarding the SETTINGS , is more than welcumed to help me out! And i must say this NOKIA 6234 is a great pone u wud ever have. thank u in advance. plz reply 2 queendlamini@yahoo.co.za if possible

i have never come acroos any mobile set which has voice quality better than 6234.the snapshots taken using its camera have excellent quality.specially its 2005 model.in short it is one of the best mobiles available in spanish market.

Well... I bought one. What can I say? It's almoust all what I want.With the camera it's a little fishy.It get's blury if I my hand moves. The sound, no comment. 10 points out of 10. The phone uses symbian 4 for OS, it has a nokia "classic" menu - you don't have to spend your time searchig different options. I recommend it !

Does anyone know why mixit is a problem? it comes up after 10 min with packet data connection closed by network and after half an hour packet data authentication failed and throws you out of mixit or internet. please reply to alwyno@solmatrix.com if you can help

To all complaining about the camera. Maybe it is time to upgrade your Nokias with NIKOR lenses and external flash;)) Or just buy yourself a decent camera, this is phone for goodnes sake!!!

Well my phone is cool and all that, but have a problem regarding my speakers while talking.I would sometime not hear people properly or the other way round whilst talking.

YES the phone has video calling but because it only has one camera you have to turn the phone around to use it, which means that u can't see the other person.
NO the phone does'nt come with a usb cable but you can buy bluetooth for your laptop or computer and heaps of places that sell usb's and laptops and stuff like that. I bought bluetooth from big w for $17.99.
Otherwise i really love this phone.
Its just a shame that you can't find a crystal cover for it.

i had mine for threee weeks and its speaker blew and now it is always fuzzy but be4 that it was a really kool fone

Seems to have the same design flaw as the 6233 - one camera, on the back. That means if you're trying to have a video call, either they can see you, or you can see them - NOT both, because you have to flip the phone around.
