Which is the latest soft version for this phone (Nokia 6280). it is for the third time when the service udated or changed my soft version. now i have V 03.65 / 22-03-06, RM-78. they said this is the lates. is this true ???
I hope this was the last time when i go with my 6280 to service.

I've had my phone for a week now and it was working perfectly.One day i was doing a file transfer and the screen went blank. When i try to turn it on again the Nokia logo comes up as normal then it fades out to darkness again. Can any help with my problem. Feel free to e-mail your responses.

just looking at taking the 6280 over three at the moment because contract looks very good over 1000mins but question is is the phone up to it because the probs i have had with others are endless...

When I´m going to send a sms appears that I have 913 spaces and this is not normal, cause a standard sms has 160 spaces I think...
How can I do to make only 160 spaces? Cause vodafone sure charges me various sms with so much spaces...

to b2rete: ei dude ur also from the philippines. i just wanna ask where did you bought your phone and how much does it cost? is it true about the rebooting problem from time to time? hows the experience? im planning to buy nokia 6280 this weekend but im doubtful because of that rebooting problem. thanks

if you're in the phil. activate Smart 3G thru their website or by sending SET GPRS N_____(model/unit...ie. N6280)then send to 211. you will receive a configuration settings...SAVE it (you need to enter the usual password 1234). the word 3G appears on your signal bar once activated...to date, free 3G calling unlike Globe.
my phone (v3.60)reboots on the first two weeks without even touching it. i'm using 4.2mb of the internal memory (with 1GB mmc)for almost 2 months now and still works fine.
the Large video resolution (640 x 480) is what i like most when watching videos on my pc.the battery lasts for 2 to 3 days.
try to download and use Superman Returns theme, cool!

6280 users...
I am sending a letter to 3 in glasgow UK.
All UK 6280 users on 3 (contract) whos experienced faults with the handset please email me with the trouble you had & if possible your address becuase i had enough of 3 & its time to shut dem up n cancel our contract.

Currently in Singapore, the 6280 is selling @ US$152 with a 2-year mobile contract.
Mobile fones sold here r not locked. We can use different operator SIM card.

These 2 f*****g cells can`t be compared !!
One have symbian , one doesn`t, one is more stylish , one is not
So compare them by yourself
Or do you want to one of us(6280 users) to start comparison for you , huh ?

yeah, i know that it automatically send it to memory card when sending by phone.. the problem is when i send from my computer to my phone, it does not automatically move into the memory card.

If I am not mistaken, the "G" is for GPRS network.

What is the letter "G" that appears at the top of the screen?
From leftit appears: "3G", the coberture, and the battery, but after that it can see a "G"
What that this "G" means?

Hey, I was just wondering, do you know what a dual speaker is? As the Nokia doesnt seem to have one, does that mean that it can not play audio without earphones?? Does yours collect dust under the screen? Does anybody think the slide design is bad, like a real problem? Is the difference large between a 2megapixel and a 1.3 megapixel camera? Are the games good? Is it fast? No lag with anything? Whats so much better than a flip phone, keeping in mind I have it for atleast 24 months. Does the screen get scratched easily? What happens if you drop it excessively? PLEASE somebody answer these questions. Thanks so much!!!
