me and bf had upgraded software to version 3.65.. however there seems to something different with our phones..

Under Menu >> Settings >> Display >> Font Size >> mine only had 2 options for changes which is Messaging and Web.. whereas his had 3 options for Messaging, Contacts and Web..

Anyone else has a missing options as mine?? how do i go about including this option??

Hi Guys,Does anybody know How turn off the shutter sound when capturing a picture?
      According to user's manual you should go to;
MENU>Media>Camera>Options>Settings.you can define camera sounds,BUT my camera settings just have 9 items except camera sounds!
If any1 knows please mail me; dt@usa.com
      Thanks

what can i say ,about the nokia 6280 , yes iam happy with what it can do. its a phone .video calls are ok 'in with 3g area' photos from the phone good, for what it is if i want quality ones i would use camera .
yes i got photos to names , and music . yes my phone has reset its self from changing the profiles. byt so did my old S,E . big time . as for my last phone the samsung i300
i had that for 1 month , it took 2 months for it to be repaired. so all phones have there faults, most company lock there phones to. buy the phone on the network you want . here in the uk we have 14 days , to return the phone if we dont like it . english law . it would so help if you put where in the world you are to .

i like all the features of this phone verymuch. But the only one demerit which u r having while compairing with samsung is in case of display clarity.I have a humble suggestion that u have to invent some innovative techonogly to improve the clarity of display.Besides that u have to contcentrate on designing.I think ur firm have the defeciency of good design enginieers.Just try to design the esthetic of handset in attractive manner through which u can easily conqure the market.iam very much happy in that u people r launching new techonology on the handset.Goahead........................

as u guys noe ejecting the miniSD card and putting it back resets the profile to default, especially ur rngtones, u can try this if ur free and have beenm wanting to create your very own them with the nokia series 40 theme studio, just set the songs u want in the theme u made so in this case, even after u insert the miniSD back into the phne, ur tune will be wat u have previously set rather than the 'classic' nokia tune la, hee...cuz i noe it's rather trouble for those non pc suite user to adjust their profuile over and over again...just like me

                                      Hi is me again,

Well i do have some good impressions on 6270 despite sending the phone to carecentre twice.

I like the camera very much however not suitable for taking night photos..(if you want take eerie photos, try this...in your bedroom, switch off the lights, on the flash and snap...)you just create a "blair witch" photo

1 gig of songs will last for long time, but unable to fastforward or rewind....

3G network....i attempt to log in and view channelnewasia and some taiwan varieties..pretty interesting..but a bit lag...

the themes which i applied maximise the vibrant colour display of the phone(star war theme, slide open or close produce the sound of a light saber)

playing games ....wow...so many games and yes can even full screen...i have download the soccer game from singtel site...but expensive...

Viewing of video(mp4), no lag can even full screen, is almost the same as watching on my psp but smaller screen( as usual cannot fast forward, review)

well feel free to pose questions....i will try to answer all

                                      regard,
                                      bin

                                        Hi,

My phone was sent on repair on Saturday.
                                        Here is the scenario...

I: the button options cannot be pressed cos i think i was listening music and then apply theme, most probably crash the phone
Nokia : well think the button loosen a bit. Never mind will send for repair
I: can help me reformat as well.
Nokia : ok but it will erase all data...and please collect on Saturday xx time.

Next day, at 5pm when i almost book a cab to go there and collect they called up....
nokia: hi sir, sorry to inform you, due to the complexity of the problem, it had been sent to the senior technican for repair...will contact you once is ready for collection...

Sianz....dun know if anyone got same problem as me?

OF course, i can only blame myself for putting 1 gig of songs, videos(when it could not even play after upgrade has been done..) and games, images...

Am i abusing my phone with the OVERusage of applications...or else is the phone not up to my expectations??

                                        Regards,
                                        bin
