hey i am about tp purchase the nokia 6280 and i was wondering does the fone work differently with different networks. i am tosing up either to go wit 3 or optus pLlllllllllllllllllllzzzzzzzzzzzz reply to this i reli need the help

Have an opportunity to buy one that is 3branded, but unlocked. Just wondering if the resetting issues have been addressed? Or if a simple firmware upgrade is all that's required?

I bought this a month back i experienced a lots of problems such as automatic resetting and and lots.moreover it looks to be a smart phone and doesn't, unable to customise to the maximum extent ,finally its a piece of crap wieghing 124gms.
Dont buy the slider phones as these are fancy ones and easily cause u lots of problems on ageing... Finally sold my phone bought a N70

got this phone like 2 weeks ago and it constantly resets ... definitely needs a software upgrade..otherwise its pretty nifty..:)..hunny

constant resetting needs immediate firmware upgrading...contact the nearest Nokia Service Center.

equalizer and stereo widening sound,
photo/video call,
3G,
FM radio,
3 fonts sizes...
N6280 still beats them all!

...to be able to protect your unit try to use the crystal clear protection..that might protect your phone from being scratch.......

this fone is a pain in the azz. it constantly reset itself when playing mp3.

I have a Nokia 3G 6280, the memory that the 6280 can run is anywhere upto 2gbytes,
I can play full dvds though my mobile after using a compression program called "yasa Vob to mpeg4, compress a dvd 4.1 gbytes to 1gbyte, then use your ulead program to compress futher to 512mb, then use your usb cable and save it to your mobile then you can watch it in full screen mode.... use don't loose any picture clarety either...
