Colector, 26 Dec 2010I just bought from ebay one new unit. It is my first time w... moreyou lucky sod, having all those classics. God, I miss those days, I know I sound like an old man but phones really looked so much more exciting back then. Now they're not even phones anymore and companies seem to put power before call functionality. Today's lot are just complicated computers getting bigger.

I have nokia 6510 since year 2002 & yes it's still working, i just recently changed it's original casing because it loosens when I accidentally dropped it down. Great phone by Nokia.

I agree that 6510 is one of the top phones ever made. 6100 is also good phone from the old generation. Presently N8 and iPhone are the smart phones! HTC ... probably not so good as reability and Android is still growing. it needs time to catch Symbian and Windows mobile as well. maybe after few years... Anyway 6510 is my favorite too.

PS:
Durability and reliability is the best on 6510. Battery is great (only 6310i has better one). 6510 is the PHONE.

I just bought from ebay one new unit. It is my first time when I buy one and the same model for a second time. I have use HTC, N-E Serie, iPhone, HP, Siemens, etc. This is the PHONE. All others seems like computers ... I have a laptop. The competition is:
1. Nokia 6510
2. Ericsson t39m
3. Nokia 6310i.
4. Nokia 8910i.
5.Siemens SL45i.
Then all smartphones.
