I don't think there's a dedicated GPS key, but I read somewhere that it supports Nokia Maps (so you can get navigation). I think the N76 is based on S60 3rd Edition, but the 6650 is based on the latest S60 release (3rd Edition, Feature pack 2).

its a gud luking cell having a-gps,but why not 3.2mpx cam with wifi.

It looks a good phone. But is the memory reasonably enough? We require phones for storing music these days. Yes, it has a card slot but what is the maximum memory of the card which it can handle?
