please i got the 6700s back to nigeria and its not accepting the sim here in nigeria,keeps telling me sim invalid.what do i do,i need to use it

hi guys! just want to share something, if you encounter any problem with any nokia device, the first thing you can do is reset your phone, then check if the problem is solved. If not, you need to send it to nokia care. Hope my advice helps!

i've had this device for 10 months now, i bought it along with c5. I can say that the cam of this device is better than c5, but performance and software stability of 6700s is downright awful. The 6700s lacks volume rocker, so the music player interface is lyk s40v2. This 6700s have many issues .

MANOJ, 07 May 2011it is very good in use but while i use it for hearing music... morei have found a solution.. if the phone is on umts network then it performs ok no hanging and no other problem but if it is on gsm net work then the problem arises ,... some time dual mode in network settings also give problems... i am in confusion wheather its a hardware problem or a firmware problem...

it is very good in use but while i use it for hearing music that time if a call is come the phone is hang totally.and not work. till i am not remove battery from ph and restart again so its a bad experience for me

its been a year n ive had bad experiences with this phone...frst i always have the problem of nt being able to listen songs thru the earphones so need to startup again fr that..it hangs alot in between n thrs one major problem im facing..even aftr paying to get it alryt..this phone..when i switched it off,it dsnt start at all..it has happend thrice..once i tuk to the customer care..had to pay fr it..2nd..it ws battery problem..i had it on aftr like three hours n now at this instant(i had taken it to customer care just sm two three weeks back)..its 11.30 pm nw,the fon hasnt been on since 5.30 pm..it just wont start..i switched it off cz i ws haing the same problem of nt hearing songs thru the earfon..can ne1 pls give me a solution?any1 who has used and faced thes problems?n knows hw to solve..ive tried charging,cleaning with cotton..it wnt start...i love this fon..it luks gud but ive had so mch problems with it

i have this 6700s its going gud exept one thing.. when listening song or fm if a phone call comes the phone will get hang or after disconnetiong, volume of the music will be very low...updated to the latest firmware V62. but not fixed..anyone with this problem ?? rply guys..help me to fix...

skipper, 02 May 2011I noticed the same. I connect via Bluetooth when I used it ... moredude i have 6700 slide too..but problem is whenever i play music or while listening fm or music player if a phone call comes then suddenly the phone hangs or after ending the call the music volume gets too low..have to put out the battery then... my 6700 slide is running on latest fw v62..anyone with this problem ?? how to fix it ??
