have purchased nokia 6708 but it is not connecting to PC . Once u download usb drivers and software it gets connected but when u connect second time it shows not connected. Please help if anyone knows? I have to uninstall software and install again then it shows connected again for 1st time and not connected when i remove usb and connect again. No much software available for same. I have heared that it is benq phone and not nokia. Nokia has cheated. I will not reccomed to any one

this phone may sometimes hang. but its natural for every gadget that has operating system, like computers. so you just have to restart it, take off the battery for few seconds and turn it on again.

I was looking to see if Nokia had done a touch screen phone like the Motorola A1000 & A920, wow they actually have, the only bad thing with this phone is why is there still buttons to dial numbers?? If it's touchscreen it could have been far more compact to have the screen changed to numbers like the A1000 does. At the mo' I'm gonna wait till Moto release the A1200 (MING)

a brilliant phone.it's like the p910i re-born but a lot more better.have used all the 3 new sonyericsson so called smartphones but me thinks they are all stupid.6708 has very nice built & excellent form factor.very sturdy & robust.worth every penny spent.nokia also gives an extra stylus unlike mean sonyericsson.the charger should have been a normal nokia charger.somehow i just cant seem to hook it up with my pc via usb/bt.

I had this phone for a few months and yes, the features are great. Sadly, there are no available accesories yet for this phone. The resolution for the camera is ok (well sort of Ü)

I have this phone for about 10 days now, it seems perfectly fine and I kind of like the phone. I think It has a pretty good camera, what I noticed is that when you take a picture it doesn’t look too great on the phone, but when I transfer it to my laptop the pics look great.
There are two problems that I face. 1. When I am on a call I cannot lock the screen/keypad, at times my cheek touches the screen and the call gets disconnected or another application opens.
2. Looks like the battery in not that great, it lasts only for about 12-14 hrs....
All and all a good Phone.

it was a excellent phone i had taken yesterday tell wat is the extendeble memory is 1 Gb we can insert in this cell mean to say 1 gb will support in this phone

I found that deleting movie files on 6708 is impossible to be done. I have tried to delete some movie files for about two hours and end up with frustration.
Help section was not helping me so much and I believe formating the disk or reseting the phone memory is the only answer. So better think twice before you shoot a movie with 6708 as that cannot be undone and deleted, unless you have the connector cable as the other solution.
