Hi kaante,I think you're a bit over the moon and too hard on judging the phone,don't just read the spects.from a webside than make your judgment(I don't think you even read the add properly,the NK 6708 does support GPRS and it does support MMC memory card just in case the inbuild memory is not enough for you),about the size and weight of the phone,the NK6708 is much smaller and lighter the others Pda like SE/O2/BenQ(it's only abit long at
118mm and at 150gms,it's reasonable for any Pda phones).Again,this's a very 1st Pda&smart phone of Nokia so I think they did very well.

Someone's just judged this phone badly,may be you're not Nokia's fan but remember one thing this's the very 1st Pda smart phone of Nokia and it's more mobile phone than Pda,talking about the memory,there's very little of memory build in the phone but it supports MMC up to 1GB(just in case you forgot),65000 colors screen is Ok and what's wrong with 1.3Mp camera?you'd buy a Dig.camera if you really want better photo!talking about size&weight,it's much smaller and lighter than SE P910,O2's,BenQ,etc...and the price is very affordable(got mine for Usd 420.00 from HK)while O2IIs cost around Usd 1000.00 or SE 910 cost Usd 800.00(too old anyway)!Look folks,we get what we paid for and nothing is perfect.if you're looking for a phone which can use as a Pda with touchscreen and thin,this's a go...good luch..!!

When first looked at it,I personally didn't like it much,it's is too long and too heavy(118mm long and weight at 150gms)but after holding it in my hand and played around with it I've changed my mind,it's very cool phone,all function are performed perfectly,the touchscreen is affective.The phone has been released since Oct.2005 and very rare item,you can hardly see them around.This model is mainly for Chinese markets(mainly China)but there're some websides which you can get this phone from(prices re between Usd550.00 to Usd700.00),for Australian folks,you can buy it too and price is Aud 900.00./.

Even if its in Asia,this phone is a total letdown.Can u still accept 65k screen?y base on Symbian when it wans to behave like a pda?Just bcos it has among the biggest screen for now..can it play wma,wmv?come on nokia is not on par to do smartphones.Let big boys like O2,BenQ,HP take the lead.My Opinion,just hard truth..

if this phone was annonced on the 1stqtr of 2005 how come i have heard the first of it???? they have made a mistake this phone is still not available and will feature some window function but still to early to say and look at the down side no 3g???? why nokia why????

In pakistan on gprs works and there is no 3g or even edge so it is nota drawback for pakistanis. it is a good phone with almost all the features. it also gives a pda feeling to the user.

Nokia is a joke; this is just a re-branded BenQ P31, which was announced in early 2004! Now Nokia announces it almost two years later... BenQ has made some phones for Nokia, like the 6260 and this 6780, but now they have their own brand BenQ-Siemens, leaving Nokia behind. Good for them!

This is one of the phone with most common features to be used with a great touch screen quality, supports themes in all different formats, voice recording is upto 3 hours, video recording also at good length with great audio quality, has some additional features comapred to SE UIQ phones...Good Decision by Nokia to get this phone from BenQ as mentioned in previous opinions

wow... a nice UIQ phone.
just like p800 but better camera and has keypad too. well even though it's old in functions. i will still prefer this coz i love UIQs just like PDAs. if the price will be reasonable i will go for it, but if p800/p900/p910 gets more affordable, then i will go for SE
