This was the first cell phone I had and although I loved its design, I did not text or send any kind of messages so I found it a bit bulky for what I needed it for. I have had it for about 3 years and the screen cracked in the first month I had it and sometimes when you open it it doesn't respond. Although it is behind the times for people who text this is an alright phone.

This is the best phone I've ever had, I've been using it since 2004, and still up to date with the technlogy. This is one of Nokia's best inventions. I'm not giving away this phone, it's old but still running. I like it, I like it, I like it.

Best phone I have ever had. Loved the keyboard feature. I have another newer type phone still in the box. Hate to give this up. Got it new, wore out the keys, and maxed the entries. Still happy.

Great but outdated phone -- best cell phone I have ever had to date -- great keyboard for e-mails, SMS, and surfing the web was good for the technology at the time. Battery life lasts a long time as well. At the time I bought a refurbished one from the "old" AT&T Wireless and have used it since then through the time Cingular returned to the "new" AT&T Wireless. Phone is bulletproof -- I have dropped it over 40+ times and it still works. The only reason I am not still using it is because it does not support Bluetooth, 3G, or have a good camera (yeah basically it's obsolete -- replaced it with a Nokia E70, which isn't as attractive). Would recommend it to anyone who needs a low priced phone to do alot of texting on . . .

This was a great phone for its time, and it was my first cell phone from T-mobile. Can't say anything bad about it other than "it's outdated and some newer phones have features that it can't support" that's about it.

Regarding the infrared, it`s working great, just be careful tu put the phone at 3-4cm from the infrared device you are connecting at. And be careful on the IR location on 6800: right side, the black spot near the speaker.

It looks like a giant watch. But it's really cool. My older bro's godsister has this and I always ask her to use it for texting.
