I like the phone as a whole but I have used it and I am not impressed with the text the keyboard is harder to use then the old way of the keypad.

I work in Telecom for a long time now and have used MANY phones over the years.
The Nokia 6800 is a very nice phone, i'm using it for 2 months now.
I think the features are nice, for sms addicts the best phone available. + easy to use, Java games, fast WAP over GPRS, MMS compatible. - If you don't send hundreds of sms messages a day, get a 6610. More or less the same software, but a lot smaller and LIGHTER! But great phone overall.

ive had many nokias, motorolas, and panasonics. this nokia is durable, has great features. the only problem is it locks up sometimes. this is best phone ive had by far.

now this is something to talk about good looking the softwear is a bit slow nokia can do bit better or just get it upgrade from fono. i had this fone for 2 months now and i used nokia 8910 and 8910i but i like this more bcoz its easy to email my clints and txt is gerat well let me put it this way i love this fone more then my girlfriend!!!

I have owned my 6800 for a week now. The features are excellent, it is easy to set up connections to access your email, and the keyboard really makes a difference when you are typing emails to people.
All in All I think it is an excellent phone, Well done Nokia
