Hey
I had received an answer from Nokia. There is an
firmware version 5.4x on it´s way :-)
They offered me to come to the Headoffice in my country to get the phone updated, because it´s not available in Nokia Software Updater yet. I don´t know why.
But I await Nokia Software Updater.

Remain only one question unsolved, why before that damn update, the phone was ok about one and a half month? My issue isn't poor battery life, is about shutdown itself if you don't use for a phone call or everything else for a longer period of time. Thank you for your reply @Tired Nokia owner, I hope nokia will fix soon this issue.

Unfortunately I updated the firmware 2 days after I received my cellphone. But I have suspected the firmware since I discovered the battery-problem.
Nokia Support in my country was useless. So I bought a brandnew battery. But with absolute no difference in batterylifetime.
My phone shuts down every 3 24 hours. Unless I my self shut down the phone after e.g. 2 24 hours, and restart the phone. If I do that ! the phone waits the "normal" 3 24 hours before shut down it self.
I am now writing for the third time to the Nokia Manager i my country.

@Hossam, the same problem here, but only after i've updated to version 05.21. With 05.20 (that one who came with the phone) no problem, but after update (by the way, that update isn't no more available...why? problems?)..bang! unexpectedly shutdown even the battery is half-full, full or almost empty...strange...in 2 weeks that's happened 4 times. An idiot response from customer care, go to the service!! No shit, that could be initial broken phone (or entire 7020 production?) or an stupid update made by the most stupid people-nokia employees? How about to give my money back?

My phone turn off automatically when i leave it long time without any activity and when i turn it on i find the battery is not empty can any one tell me if that is defect at this phone or i have a problem at my phone especially ?

Yes. The battery is bad. Tomorrow morning it was full but today it is already saying battery low. I have checked my all call duration and it is only 50 mins. I didn't play, I didn't take lots of pictures. But it is really bad.
The phone itself is very nice. I love it. But the battery life...

Rob, 07 Nov 2009No WLAN, No 3G, 2Mp camera. Boy oh boy is it still 2003?No it's not. No nokia has been so cheap even then :) If you don't want to pay twice as much you'll have to do without all that frill. I've never even opened the web browser on my phone -- I have my notebook for that ;)

each product for each segment,..each taste..what's wifi use for,..if not beeing used.. don't greedy.. not all produk is like n97 mini. i like, it's nice phone,.. beside this produk I also have LG ku990, and low end but function well - nokia 1202. I love,...just simple, an I think sometimes the best plan is to be simple. that's all.
