i think the phone is good..evry hatched egg dosent give a chick!!!!!!!!may be some sets are damaged but...really one negative point is the battery back up is pathetic....i am planning to change my battery........it has a good camera...now in 4800 u wony get the features of blackberry

sound very slow...battery not reliable more then one day...and with out external memory card it can not attached with USB port

this mobile keypad is very hard..betrry does not work more yhen one day

Very poor battery. If you like to watch videos on your mobile, you have to charge it again and again. Have this phone if you can charge your mobile daily.

I found this handset is of average /normal use with advance features but with only basic functionality by nokia battery backup need to be improved. Overall a cell phone for a common man with all advance features but with very basic functionality

ccnk, 19 Aug 2009I forgot to tell about a most important feature. One will ... morecam qual is similar to all nokia 2 mp phone bec of low price if u want better clearty than go for sony ericsson fantastic result of camera with high speed but with huge price level
