wow thanks for all that info would .aac? be ok instead of mp3 coz i have itunes and i could just put it in itunes and it could convert it for me without me having to download a whole new program just for that...... what do you mean with software about the length of video how do u get which software??? and i have Nero 6 wheres the wave editor ... mine isnt ultra edition tho i hope that dusnt matter

First about video lenght, it depend about software version, because I am able to record more than 10 min. I have no idea why if isn't version of softw.
About Nero- I use Nero 6 Ultra edition. So, first u'll have to open Nero- wave editor (green icon), than u have to go to "open" (up-left corner), mark mp3 song and klik "open". Than, u'll have to choose a part of mp3, "bold" it with mouse and than u have to cut it, ....so, u have to delet everything except a part u want. Do that with scissors!(cut) After that, klik on save as, name it. Than u have to go to convertor ( any...it is important that it is able to convert to mp3- u can go to yahoo or google and search for fair studio editor or cheetah or any else). When u convert it...go to nokia suit, choose "file trasfer" and trnsfer it. U can connect 7270 with pc over the irda if u have it or over dku-2 nokia data cabel. Pc suit is downloadable from nokia.com----7270----software. Version is 6.5.12
About memory: 15,5mb of a memory is not enought for many mp3's but a part of mp3 of about 30 sec is about 500kB of memory...so u can transfer many mp3 parts for ringing tone or sms tone....

which bit of nero do i use? i have nero 6... but i dont have cheetah audio whatever that is [but i hav cdex?] and how do i actually put it on my fone? infrared or do i need 1 of those cables? i have nokia pc suite tho???
And there is only 13.9MB available as memory!!!! 1.5MB has already been used and the video can record up to 4:00mins and voice recorder can record for 3:00mins so yeah

nero is really easy to use, ...u can set that video can be long depend of your memory!

well i am getting this phone for my birthay on june 19 but i have a few questions;
how do i cut sections of my mp3 on there like the chorus? do i do what maria suggested??? And also do the videos go for as long as you have enough memory left? please repsond ASAP thanks

i am using cheetah audio converter and nero ultra edition....with nero u can cut a part of a melody and than conver it with cheetah to mp3

hi all i just bought this phone n i tink its fabulous! just right for a casual user like me! but i would like to know if there's any software avail to cut out certain sections of mp3 that i want to use as ringtone because the memory space is very limited. Thnx so much for any info!

my 7270 lost it's signal / reception just recently, i have no idea what causes this problem but it's unusable anymore, it's not the carrier's problem because i have other nokia phones and they have no problem. Outdoors now i get at most 1 bar of signal, and indoors none. This is really frustrating. Does other 7270 owners have this problem?
