i bought this phone 5 months ago n it broke down within 2 months of heavy usage.which is stupid cos i thought nokia phones are most durable among all other brands.so nokia had to be blatant idiots to erase every single thing on my phone when i sent it for repair.so newaes,here's sum things bout the phone...
pros: -bloody goodlooking
-just the right size for my hands
-swivel mechanism extremely sturdy
-excellent screen
-very comfortable keypad
-fast when interchanging between applications.
cons: -memory is just plain horrible.
-camera is ok.but very grainy even when zoomed a little.
-batt life goes berserk.sumtimes i can go on for 4 days without charging and sumtimes for less than a day.all with heavy usage.
i am keen on changing to a new phone but so far, many phones do not have a good display and even if it did, it doesnt look as slick as the 7370.so until then, i just have to close an eye on its flaws.

Hi Im sooo sad right now and have a question. So I have Cingular and my brother bought me this beautiful phone as a gift from Nokia website. I just got it today and it didn't work yet all, and my friend has Tmobile and it works just fine. What do I have to do to make it works? Thanks

This phone only records QCIF video - 176x144 (not CIF - 352x288). You should update that in the presentation.

Im doing a school project on this phone and it look really good although there are a few faults and things that could be improved.

Hi, I just got my phone today and as far i love it. I bought it at ebay for much less that what neiman marcus sells it for. Although had problems with the seller, since it was incomplete, it did not came with the little cute pouch (wich I know that must come with it since I bought my sister one month ago) and it also must include a hanging strap.So if you are considering ebay please be sure that you'll get the whole deal, believe me it makes a difference. Pretty-looking phone, but very short battery life. Only 24hrs!!!! Poor reception quite often,low memory, number of bars suddenly drops for no apparent reason. Didn't experience same problem with my old phone. Wish I hadn't bought this one. Not worth the price at all. It's such a shame!!!

this fone is like wow!!! i am quite dumb so i have to ask my daddy how to recieve messages and where to put the charger in. i get everthing i want so i get the newest fones but they must b with Nokia they are wow!!!this phone is quite out of fasion now so if you want to be popular like me only have this fone for a couple of weeks!!! toodales!!!xxxxxxxxx

All the other features are great but the memory is quite low, only 10 mb... Strange that there is no card slot. 10 mb isn't enough for mp3, pictures and video.

hey, well I got this phone in July, and honestly the battery is pretty good...but Im really upset about the memory, like I spent my life on this phone and the memory sucks. Like I cant even have photos, music and all that...I always have to keep deleting my ish...cause I cant import the photos on my computer...it is honestly the sexiest looking but memory sucks bum

It's definitely the prettiest phone ever!!!
Everyone is asking me about it, I really love it, even the swivel that felt akward in the beginning is now the easiest move for me.
The only thing that I would like is a better camera and extra memory, but you can't have it all in life!
I recomend it without a hesitation to everyone.

great looking phone but the memory and things included in the phone are terrible, payed alot of money for a good looking phone....not impressed....cant seem to part with it though

i have the very same problem KATIE, im really really disappointed.. i cant receive any single and its driving me crazy, i feel like breaking the phonee apart..soo who ever is gonna buy this phone, pls dont, cause u can buy a better phone for a cheaper price.

I'm in California,USA and I'm using this phone under T-mobile. But I cant receive any signal anymore 2 months after buying this phone.Does anybody have the same problem?
