I just got this phone about 2 weeks ago...I love the features on the phone and the way it looks..BUT I have really bad reception with Cingular...does anyone have any suggestions? What can I do? Are you guys having reception problems too?

there are 2 versions of this mobile
1) 3.90
2) 4.70
if you have the 3.90 version then you will get blue lines at the top & bottom of your wallpaper's (some themes downloaded don't have this, but your own will)
if you have the 4.70 version then you will not get the blues lines.
i have been in touch with nokia & been told that the update to 4.70 is not avaliable to upgrade from them yet, some mobile networks have already put the new version on there's, so depending how long ago your mobile was made will depend on your version.
you can download & make your own themes for free at www.ownskins this will sort out your blue line problem for now.
you can check your version by going to settings, phone, software updates & there should be a version option there to check.

Hi!
I'm wondering why there is blue colors on every theme that I download that was originally not in the phone!? When will it be updated?
AND WHY, when I pick incoming call alert Ringing it still is ascending? Please, I need to have "real themes" and need to hear the phone!

pink in box= pink pouch, lovely silver charm, 128mb memory card (although you do not get this as standard cause nokia don't give you a memory card if you buy from them, so check b4 hand)
bronze in box= brown pouch, plain silver wrist strap, ? 128mb memory card.( as above)
they all come with your usual manual, charger, battery etc.
if you have had a nokia phone in the last 2 years the usb cable is the same size with this model.

@rei no there is no date cable inside the box.
bud you can do the data transer with bluetooth you can buy a bluetooth dongle if its not in your computer yet
it works great i olso tranfer with my 7373 with bluetooth :)

why don't you buy a desktop charger & spare battery of ebay for £6, that will sort the problem out!!!
i have had 3 sony ericsson mobiles in the last 6 months & all of them had software problems!!

Bought this phone at xmas thought it was the best thing ever...now i dont!! the battery life is really bad im so sick of having to charge it every 2 days or so nokias phones seem to be getting worse and worse with every new handset im sorry i didnt go for sony ericcson handset far better value for money and far more reliable in every way

i bought this phone yesterday
the reson is becouse my nokia 5300 is stolen :(
bud ik think my nokia 7373 is pretty good!
i like the turning system :)
and i got a better camra nou
bud it seems a litte green when i turn on the camera
does anyone know anything about it?

I am actually wanna tobuy this phone, but from all the opinions above given by user, I worries i might choose the wrong phone. Ofcause my budget is under RM1,000. Shell I need buy it? Appriciate it.

personally i find that the amber 7370 is very pretty and classy and the best color in all but if you are looking for memory then the 7373 is better cause it has a memory card. i currently have the pink 7373 and loving it. if you are not planning on putting plenty pictures/ songs and you are just looking at style, then the 7370. they are all good though

but i´ve been reading the
reviews and i don´t know if i should buy 7370 or 7373!!! some say 7370 is pretty good, some say it´s not, some say 7373 is really good, some say it´s not, plz help!!! what should i do?? which should i buy??

You should all try doing a direct update from nokia which can be done through the phones settings. Eventually nokia will repair this error (unless its not an error!)

if it keeps switching off then take it back to where you got it for repair, its faulty

i am just wondering how to set it strictly to vibrate because it's not working. and i can't send picture msgs for some reason. i live in canada and i use rogers. so i am not sute if that has anything to do with it. help pleasee

well on my 7373, nothing changes. on my 7370 i was able to change the font colour of everything on the screen like the service provider, menu etc to match my theme. guess it does not work on this phone. does anyone else experience this? would like to know if it is something is wrong with this phone or the model simply does not support that

i have only found you can change the date colour on the screen & thats it unless im over looking anything as well

i got this phone two days ago and i am loving it. but i am unable to change my font colors on the screen. help! when i choose a color, nothing happens. is something wrong with the font color program on my phone? i was able to change colors om my 7370. help!
