it has predictive text but letter by letter. you use the scroll thingy like ipod and thats how u search for letter and push the enter button in the middle of the scrolly thingy to pick the letter. easy. i love this and the nokia 7280. i love that no one knows how to use it so that i can be one of kind =)

i need help from people who are using this phone. i have just repaired my phone and they have changed the leather part behind my phone. however i found out that the leather feels harder and different from the one i had.i feel that ive been cheated by nokia care centre. have anyone encountered this before? please let me know. thanks

It uses a scroll mechanism. You scroll to the letter that you want to use and click

Very easy to use when you learn, a giff for my girlfriend, she jump from a Samsung E530 and drop in garbage when i show this beauty...

I have had this phone for about 3 months, and there is absolutly nothing bad about this phone. Not very functional, but if you wanted functionality you wouldnt buy this phone. No body knows that this is a phone when you take it out. Attention getter !!! It is freaking awesome, texting takes a little bit longer but it is not hard. Good reception on the phone, althought the only thing is the battery doesnt last long. Other than that the phone is great.

im just curious,any of the nokia 7380 user use the pouch or the strip given? :) i find it troublesome taking the pouch along when i go out

Have had this phone for just over 2 months and it has had to been replaced twice. I have now decided to cut my losses and buy an LG KG800.
THIS PHONE IS AWFULL!!! it keeps turning off, has verry little memory and is a complete pain to use. the screen is too small, sound quallity is APALLING and the camera is awfull.
I am a fashion student and bought this phone for its looks, however for the last two weeks ive been using a 7year old motorola "brick" phone untill my new one arrives, because francly, it is better than the Nokia 7380.
