This phone is simply one of the best phone i have ever come accross and without no doubt I will like to have one for myself, so for this reason I want to know all I needed to get one of this phone either online or direct.

Can please someone tell me which one of Nokia 7710 and Sony Ericsson V 800 have better picture quality and video Quality. (only from experience). I'll apreciate un onest answer. Do 7710 have a flash on camera, and if it has,is it good enough? Thanks

Hey guys,
No Series 60 device (6630,6600,7610, etc) are worth 25000 INR, they will one day come down to 12000-15000 INR, and this is a fact all of us know. Only Nokia makes marketing stratagies to make monies.
And who said that there are no applications available for 7710??
Smartmovie for 7710 is available, and many more 2 come.
Atleast 7710 is worth the money as it has 200MB memory when in standard condition, Xtra large screen which is very good.

crap another n gage pda phone nokia n is this how nokia present pda design n look at sony p910i n thats what i call classic design mixed with modern n what a crap phone hmm sorry for nokia user

this phone is being tested on 3G for use of mobile tv, YES MOBILE TV, probably will be out of date when mobile tv is released as is just in test phase as maximum tv that is available is on vodaphone and is with their new '24' service, that does 24 1 minute movies available for download weekly

To all..
Who said tht Nokia 7710 cannot support MP3 as ring tones..Place it in phone memory and u can see them in User profiles where u can use them as ringtones.I am using many MP3's as ringtones in my 7710..No need of any third party applications..

series 60 application phone like 6600 cant be used in this s90. s90 still new since the first is 7700. it stated doesnt support mp3 as ringtones, have to search for some people made this mp3controller for s90. Basically all symbian series can read major multimedia format such mpeg4 avi 3gp mp3 wav. If it doesnt support just search for 3rd party app but for the right series

Thanks for ya info (in Zambia).I thought Nokia 7710 is a mp3 hp but y it cannot set mp3 as a ringtone?Do it need to install a certain software? Does Nokia 7710 can install software like Nokia 6600?

The audio quality in the headset(HS-3) which comes along with the phone is very bad.Please suggest some other headset (nokia or any other brand..)which will suit this phone where the audio quality in the headset is very good(loud and clear like sonyericsson K700).Awaiting tht someone will help me..thanks..

both has no IR, that makes communication 4 phone without bt & without pc suite to pc useless.i think 7710 gain in 1.it using symbian, can put as many symbian games & application with the being of mmc. 2.camera. 3.EDGE phone. 4.HTML with flash usefull while browsing. 5.screen size. 6.slightly better in batt life although its still an average standby time. While e680 gain in 1.3d surround, makes the fm radio also usefull. 2.ringtones can set to mp3,i cant see 7710 has mp3 ringtones, will have to install symbian mp3 app.
wih 7710 r little oversize & overweight,its trouble to put in pocket,esp while driving. Extra money for memory coz mmc more expensiv than sd card. about performance i never used these 2 b4,would has to ask the user.

Nokia 7710's speed is damn slow compare wit Motorola E680. guess its not really a perfect phone though.
