I'd love to have this phone but it wll undoubtedly be ridiculously overpriced when it's released. Seems to have a lot of the features I look for. No IR port though? What was Nokia thinking?!

Hey...Today also i enquired with nokia care..They r not giving the exact launch date or period..Some of them say that it will come in another two months(By feb end)..SoOme say it will be available in the next week and you say tht it will be out in another 15 days...Please tell me whan it is goin to get launched actually...Through wat source u got tht this will get launched in another 15 days...Sick of waiting guys!!!!!Please tell me the exact info abt launch...So tht i will keep my heads cool...and wait..wait..wait...

too big great features but im gettin a nokia 3230 anyway which is similar minus the touchscreen, mmc slot (3230 has rsmmc) and flash 6 (but i can get add-ons for the 3230 making it have the same internet browsing quality as the 7710).

well the features of the phone is great
it's kinda big,and no irda thats the two main things that is missing!!!!

Hi all, its anonymoussms here again the price of Nokia 7710 is 29,409 Rs, its really worth and its final believe me. You can also check the Nokia 6630 forum I am the first person to mention the M.R.P price even for Nokia 6630. It will be in India by 15 days and in full fledge with all dealers by Feb. Sexy phone guys.

Finally..i got it confirmed that this phone will be available within this week(within JAN 9th) in Bangalore,India..I enquired with the Nokia care(+91-80-30303838).They said that the MRP is Rs.29409 and the phone is all set, to get launched officially...Cheers!!!!!

Device is done by Nokia, and only Nokia! It has been my baby for 2½ years, so please don't tell lies about Vodafone doing a mobilephones. It is a mobileoperator, not a manufacturer.. They only changes own logos on the devices, they don't make phones.
And someone told that it does not have a vibra? Well, it does have it..
Ok, the UI is a bit slow(ish), but otherwise it is the best handheld device in the world!

can you acces the internet without paying for gprs n stuff like that.. do u have to pay for everything to use like the fm visual radio thiny and internet. where or which one can u subscribe to (t-mobile cingular verizon) in the us that will provide internet use. elo help here!!

I just found out from my frend at nokia that nokia did not actuly make it, it was in fact Vodaphone but they sell it as Nokia 7710 its also called the XJ7000 in Qatar
