Excellent phone. Agree with below that the FM radio is very poor, and a bit slow opening your text messages, but i prefer it to a lot of the newer handsets i've tested like the sony/ericsson t300 and the blackberry...

Its cool, and really is! with this great features of GPRS, WAP, Integrated FM radio makes 8310 the best of the BEST of today mobiles phone.

The first mobile phone is 8310.I've used it for 2 months .It's been working quit well....but i still have a problem with it cuz it doesn't have a composer program to create new ringtones.It doesn't have screen server niether.In contrast it's many varies of color style ,small ...I think this 8310 is the best one of all sery eight !

Have my new 8310 from 6210. Extremely happy with it......for those with problems auto switching off etc, you must update your software on the phone (firmware) The problems were software related. My phone is the new second series jusr released in Australia 2 weeks ago. Excellent phone and best one yet made by Nokia.I also own a Panasonic GD75 and a Ericson 68i. The 8310 beats them all hands down.

Hello everyone,
Now before anyone buys this fone please read my opinion. Right then, I purchased this phone brand new for 260 pounds sterling on the 17/07/2002 and it was working fine until 15/08/2002 when I started having problems.
Here is a list of all the problems:
1) When you recieve a message sometimes the phone just turns it self of and on again which is very irratating.
2) When you go through the menu it is very slow and sometimes it turns it self off.
3) Battery life very poor - max 2 days
4) Very fragile
5) Poor radio signal
6) Finally volume buttons on the side not even properly attached to the phone.
Well, I hope I have helped you reconsider buying the attrocious 8310. Thankyou.

i think nokia 8310 have a comfortable phone that i can use. and very tecnology support and it have a beautiful size and colour

Dear everyone,
I just bought my new Nokia 8310 red. It looks pretty, but after one week i used it my phone sometime hang lately, without notice. The display is suddenly blank. And after 5 seconds it's turn on again by it self. I don't know what happen with my new N 8310 ?! Could anybody tell me what is going wrong with my New N8310, please ..Thanks.

i've heard many complains about the lcd screen. wanna get a smaller phone with fm radio? try alcatel512... it's even cheaper. good try, nokia! but this toy stuff wont last long...
