The person who is changing from Nokia over to Eriksson be-warned their service team and maintenance DO NOT care. I have changed over to the 8310 because it took Eriksson service team to fix my phone 3 times for the same problem and my husband has his work phone in 5 times before they could get it right. If anyone out there can tell me if I have made the right decision please let me know.

don't take 8310! buy 6510.it has the same hardware like 8310,but the display is much better:7 segments for signal&batt.level, andwap pages are displaied better.much more,it's elegant.

An impressive phone. Changed to the 8310 from the motorola V.50 and the 8310 really outclasses it. Excellent reception, good battery life, full of features. Top marks.

Small but powerful, built-in radio, 3 mins recording, 500 names and enormous sms storage,etc.. Well design and superb bright white lights. The phone have call summary to shown the call duration after each ended call but it will better it shown during call.

the only phone smaller than this is the ericsson t66...the nokia 8310 is the second smallest...very slight size diff between the two. feature wise the nokia 8310 wins hands down.battery wise the nokia 8310 wins hands down. the 8310 also looks smarter than the ericsson. nokia will always produce the best cellular phones and in my opinion the nokia 8310 is the ultimate phone on earth.

This phone changed my life. It blew me away, the shear cleverness of this little box of magic from Finland can not be described unless you've experienced it.
