This phone's memory is very limited, only got 8 voice dial and 50 calendar notes compare to Ericsson T39's 40 voice command and 200 calendar notes and T39 also got contact list which can store home , mobile, work, e mail under the name in phonebook......far better than this ugliest 8310 !!!!

This "phone" must be a joke. It says on Nokia's homepage: "8310 has the latest look and feel". Damn, this is definitely THE ugliest phone I've seen since the days of Benefon Gamma! I laid my hands on a prototype the other day, and while it's not QUITE as horrible as it looks in pictures, it's still miles away from being good looking. Additionally, I think this lacks some features too. What's that with the damn FM-radio? No bluetooth. The phone is a bit bigger than the predecessor, 8210, too, and quite noticeably thicker. But the worst thing is it'll cost roughly the same as T68, and almost twice as much as S45 or ME45. I've always been a fan of Nokia's phones, and since I'm a Finn I probably shouldn't be saying this, but I do anyway: Give it a miss.

This looks like a jazzed up 8210 ( with the same problems?) The colorschemes are terrible it looks like a kiddie phone...
BTW, wasn't this one supposed to have bluetooth too?(like the 6310)
well, untill nokia makes a cordless handsfree kit I'm hovering more to the side of ericsson for my next phone ( t39 or t68), the only thing that stays my buying hand is that nokia excells in it ease of use...

I agree, the 8250 is better and more durable. The 8310 looks like a plastic toy for a child. Very disappointing. I look forward to see what problems it faces in the first 6 months!!
