I have this for about 6 months now, and all I can say that it's handy, stylish and has perfect sound quality. To make it simple, it's what you need from a mobile phone.

i love this mobile i am getting the sapphair version of it haters do what they do the real people with rich taste knows the value of this mobile i think its a big bargain for what its giving. its just class

All Nokia phones have it but to set it you should enter in alarm menu and chose to set alarm tone from gallery, you shurely will find it.

I have this phone for three months already.. Actually I was on thinking to get the sapphire version, but I finally decided to have the arte only. All I can say, this phone is really good from aesthetic point of view and no problems using it for three months as what others claim... This is a real good buy if you want to have a phone not very common in many people.. This is an elite..

clint, 15 Aug 2008This phone is expensive because its absolute class, it is a... morethis phone is so exspensive because it has an OLED (organic LED) screen, sony invented these screens and currently have released an OLED tv in japan which is 7inches and cost around £10,000 and these screens can also be seen in the metal gear 4 game on the ps3 which is set in the year 2019. other than that this phone has nothing special going for it, but the screen is amazing

Nokia will be announcing the "successor" to the 8800 Arte, the 8800 Carbon Arte shortly (probably next week). The Carbon Arte will be available soon after probably around September/October...

From what I can remember, seems like everytime when there is someone, somewhere around the world that got injured by phone explosion....it's by a Nokia phone!

Yes, the look, the material & the feel is nice....but the build quality or better put; the Quality Control of the production of Nokia phones are terrible & they do not justify the price of the phone!!!
WHEN WILL NOKIA RECTIFY THE OVERHEAT PROBLEM OF THEIR PHONES???!!!

This phone is expensive because its absolute class, it is a cut above the rest and its for the exclusive. if u got this phone, the chances of you seeing someone with it is very unlikely

hey guys, quick question, please help me. i wish to buy a phone and i want it to have mp3 tone for the alarm. how can i find out which phones have it? is there a rule i can follow? like if the phone has mp3 player or mp3 ringing tones, it has to have selectable mp3 tones for the alarm? or do i have to buy the phone to find out :D .thanks

for taking pics you have a dig cam for listing to music you have an ipod. for a phone that stands out you have an arte.... i have one and i love it, i did have the luna before that and the arte is loads better....
