As usual a fine looking Nokia device as they say at Nokia flagship store. But why limit to triband when quad is more appealing? For instance my circle of friends all own Luna but all 16 of us wouldn't dare try the new one because AT&T formerly Cingular will fail coverage because of the lack of the 4th band. Too bad that'll be 16 less units Nokia will sell. Wise-up Nokia!!

Excellent looking phone with awesome features
Problems are the price is probably astronomical as like the other 8xxx series
Is the refresh rate of the OLED screen going to be fast enough that the human eyes will not process missing frames [just like old Samsung front screens of flip phones, and their current MP3 Player, the K3]

Isn't 1GB of internal memory not enough for you? What are you trying to do, turn this phone into an iPod??

i have the 8801 for myself and recently bought 8600 luna for my dad.
i like them both though i wish there were more features.
i know its suppose to be about luxury but you can mix both.
my biggest problem with this, which is why i probably wont buy one, is the triband.
in this day and age i still cant believe they make triband phones.
all phones should be quad band by now.
BOOOOO to you nokia.

Best specs of any 8 series handset to date, but the design in my opinion is not to the same standard as the original 8800 or the 8850 from years ago...

Stunning, and NOKIA finally had the sense to put "Basic" functions into beauty as well, as frankly, Sirocco was awful in its...everything, but the looks. Retail price for Sirocco is still around £400-600, and I'm thinking I could get Arte for around £800 when it comes out.
Unforunate, that Sirocco hasn't been out for that long, and we have to let it go! Nokia should give prestige and luxury, more time to settle.
